The laundry room is on the roof, not indoors. It's suggested that one or two lights be installed in the laundry area, using spotlights away from the washing machines for illumination, as it's difficult to see anything at night. "Environment: The hotel is built into the hillside over several levels. The parking lot is on the 3rd floor, and the lobby is on the 5th floor. The 1st floor houses the public hot spring area and independent riverside rooms. Service: The staff were very polite. At breakfast, when my child wasn't feeling well, they even offered to pack up our food for us to take back to the room. "The hotel's main entrance is at the back of the building. There are not many ground parking spaces, but there is an underground parking lot. No matter it is the lobby receptionist or the breakfast receptionist, there is no greeting and no smile. I booked two rooms, but they ended up being one in the south and one in the north, one large and one small. It was marked as away from the elevator, but it was right at the elevator entrance.
