They offer a pick-up service from the high-speed train station, and there's breakfast, afternoon tea, and a late-night snack (though I only got to enjoy breakfast due to time constraints, I was still happy just knowing they offered them! 😄). The breakfast selection was good too, and there's coffee in the lobby. The room even had facial masks and a mini-fridge stocked with drinks! "Initially, I stayed in a ground-floor courtyard room. It rained for the past two days, and I saw geckos outside, which is understandable. However, there were two large cockroaches in my room! I called the front desk multiple times in the early morning, but no one answered. Eventually, I went to the front desk and requested a room change. While there were no more cockroaches in the new room, I still saw geckos. I didn't even dare to use the private hot spring on the balcony.

Hygiene: The ground-floor rooms seem to be a bit worse; at least I encountered cockroaches. The higher floors also have geckos, and a previous guest's bag wasn't cleaned out.

這次和朋友一起來茂名電白海邊短途旅行，精挑細選後定下了枕海聽瀾酒店聽瀾樓的鏡瀾大床房（庭院觀景房），整趟入住體驗特別驚喜，完全超出了我的預期！拋開千篇一律的虛假好評，真心實意分享一下這次的住宿感受，也給準備來電白度假的朋友做個參考。
首先重點誇一下衞生情況，作為重度潔癖患者，對住宿衞生要求特別高，這家酒店的清潔程度讓我非常放心。房間整體打掃得特別徹底，進門沒有任何潮濕異味、黴味，整體空氣清新乾爽。床品潔白蓬鬆、平整乾淨，摸起來柔軟舒服，看得出來是嚴格清洗消毒過的。地面一塵不染，桌面、鏡子、窗台都擦拭得乾乾淨淨。最難得的是很多酒店容易忽略的死角，比如床底、牆角、衞生間縫隙、淋浴邊角，都打掃得乾乾淨淨，沒有積灰和水漬。衞生間乾濕分離做得很好，洗漱台整潔無污漬，衞浴用品擺放整齊，乾淨又衞生，住起來特別安心舒服。
其次是環境和房型體驗，我訂的是庭院觀景房型，房間空間開闊通透，裝修風格簡約温柔，氛圍感十足。房間自帶超大高清投影是最大的亮點，畫質高清清晰、音效很棒，晚上洗漱完躺在床上關燈追劇、看電影，沉浸式體驗直接拉滿，度假幸福感瞬間翻倍。窗外就是精緻的中式庭院，綠植鬱鬱葱葱、佈局雅緻，環境清幽安靜，遠離街邊的嘈雜。整體環境靜謐舒適，私密性很好，不管是白天坐在窗邊發呆放鬆，還是晚上安靜休息，體驗感都極佳。

The bathroom drainage was poor, causing water to pool around the toilet area. Breakfast was terrible: the dishes were carelessly prepared, variety was scarce, and even the hard-boiled eggs weren't fresh. Many guests were also using their bare hands to pick up food, which was unhygienic. Furthermore, the swimming pool's safety barriers were poorly designed."

Facilities: The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are very new.
Cleanliness: From the parking lot to the hotel lobby, guest rooms, gym, laundry room, and restaurant, everything was very clean and tidy.
Service: The staff were warm and attentive.
The capsule coffee in the room was great. The room also had a garment steamer and a mini-fridge, which was perfect for storing fruit I bought outside that I hadn't eaten yet. The little robot that delivered things promptly was very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful, with fresh fruit and a wide variety of dishes; the pineapple bun and cranberry bun were delicious. The staff promptly brought my laundry back to my room. When I got a split nail, the staff thoughtfully provided nail clippers, and they even gave me a small gift when I checked out. Overall, a great experience.

The hotel is a non-smoking area, and the lobby and guest rooms are all non-smoking areas. But on the first day of my stay, I saw a man and a woman smoking as they entered the elevator in the lobby on the 5th floor. The front desk asked, ”Is there any?” Later, I pointed out the person in front to him and then intervened. The next day, the person in room 1117 opened the door and smoked. The whole corridor was filled with the smell of smoke. I told the front desk, but I don't know if there was any follow-up. The rest are very good

The hotel is in a local manor, the environment is very good, Changsha to Hainan halfway to the hotel, the location is just right, the high speed does not need to detour, the price is super high.
