Mile Hotels with Wifi

"I booked a twin room at Zhulao, and the front desk upgraded me to a Kaleidoscope Twin Room in the main building, 3rd floor. The balcony offered a breathtaking panoramic view of the Dongfengyun Kaleidoscope architectural complex. Right outside the hotel is the iconic Red Wine Bottle building, and photos taken from the balcony turned out stunning. The stay included admission tickets to the scenic area and shuttle service, so I didn't have to pay extra, making it super convenient to enter and exit the park. The tickets could be used unlimited times. I also tried the hotel's photography service, and the photos were excellent. I had two Chinese meals at the hotel restaurant; the food was decent. The set menu was a bit average, but ordering à la carte seemed better. Breakfast was quite rich. The bell staff at the entrance were very proactive, helping with luggage, and taking me to the scenic spots for photos and sightseeing in an electric cart. They also enthusiastically introduced the attractions and routes along the way. I also want to specially thank the floor attendant, Yang Fen, who helped with several requests during my stay. My stay included a one-time use of the mini-bar: the drinks were quite good. The fruit platter on the first day had limited variety. Dongfengyun Characteristic Town admission tickets and sightseeing car tickets: Convenient for guests to explore. 5 retouched digital photos from the hotel's photography service (advance reservation required): I chose the package and was quite satisfied with the experience 👍."

"This is my second time visiting Mile, and I still chose this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The breakfast was plentiful, and there's free parking. The hot spring pools are a highlight. Highly recommended!"

"The closet light in my room was broken, and for a family suite, they only provided one tissue box. To top it off, the front desk staff lectured me about scanning a QR code just to get something, which was a terrible experience. While the service seemed enthusiastic, it was completely insincere. I gave them my shoe size, yet they still gave me two pairs that were too small. They promised to help with luggage, but when I checked out, the staff were just chatting among themselves. When I called the front desk after realizing I left something behind, their attitude was perfunctory and cold – even a Hanting Hotel would have better service. The breakfast offered many options, but it was so crowded, noisy, and chaotic, it felt more like a wet market than a hotel restaurant. The hotel's exterior looks fine, but the interior facilities are old and outdated, completely lacking any modern feel. If you're coming specifically for the hot springs, there's absolutely no need to stay here. The prices are ridiculously high, and the service and amenities don't live up to them at all. It's extremely poor value for money; you're just paying for a bad time."

"Located within the Honghe Water Town urban tourism complex in the southern part of Mile City, this hotel boasts convenient transportation. Adjacent to a wetland park, it enjoys lush greenery and a tranquil, beautiful setting. The surrounding commercial street offers a wide variety of businesses, making it a well-established and mature destination. On the evening of my stay, the shower water temperature was slightly low. Upon receiving feedback, the butler promptly contacted the engineer for improvement. We suggest adding non-slip mats or floor towels to the shower areas and perhaps creating local attraction guides, souvenirs, and other gifts for guests. Although still in its trial operation period, the service was warm and efficient, the rooms were clean and hygienic, and the experience of the signature storm hot spring and public soaking pools exceeded expectations. Compared to other local products, the price-performance ratio is outstanding, making it a worthwhile choice for future stays."

"This is a fantastic wellness-themed hotel. The entire Muxingu Valley environment is incredibly comfortable; you can tell the design was thoughtful and maintenance is prompt. The hotel's minimalist design blends seamlessly with its surroundings, and each room has its own unique theme, such as hydrogen-themed or deep sleep-themed rooms. What really stands out is the variety of themed classes available. For example, I did a Baduanjin session at 8 AM and a sound bath healing at 10 AM. I wanted to try yoga, but the timing didn't work out. In the evening, you can enjoy the hot springs, which are about 100 meters from the main building and offer over a dozen pools to choose from. The hotel is located inside the Dongfengyun Scenic Area, granting unlimited access. You can simply call an electric shuttle to take you to the core scenic spots. The personal butler service is also excellent; Cherry and Mango were very responsive. I needed to borrow a laptop for work, and even at 10 PM, the butler quickly helped me out – I'm truly grateful! Highly recommended. I even purchased another two-day, one-night wellness package when checking out, and I'll be back again soon! 🤭"

"The boss upgraded the room for free. The hotel is in a good location, with many small shops nearby and the eco-tourism area within walking distance. There’s also free ice cream to eat. Good review!"

"The hotel is located within the Dongfengyun Scenic Area, boasting stunning scenery. The hotel's style perfectly matches the area, making it a unique and comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming; they immediately came to pick us up when we went to the wrong place, helped us with our luggage, and even escorted us directly to our room, providing a complimentary room upgrade. We were a bit tired upon arrival, so they let us order food from our room. The chef prepared the food before calling us, so we didn't have to come downstairs to eat. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and it was inexpensive – such thoughtfulness! They even baked some flatbread and gave it to us. Breakfast was a set meal (it was so delicious I only remembered to take a picture halfway through the meal), very plentiful and delicious. Staying here also saved us the entrance fee. I highly recommend this hotel; I'll definitely choose it again if I visit Mile again."

"The environment is incredibly comfortable, with a simple yet stylish decor, and it's clean, tidy, and odor-free. The room is spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the overall stay was excellent. The receptionist was warm, attentive, and very responsive, quickly addressing any needs. The location is also very convenient, close to restaurants and shopping, quiet and peaceful, offering excellent value for money. This is the top choice for a vacation in Mile, and I'll definitely stay here again!"

"Facilities: We booked a two-bedroom cabin with a private hot spring tub. It's right next to another unit, so privacy is a bit limited. We were given a three-bedroom cabin, and I'm not sure if that was a mistake. While it looks a bit dated, there aren't any major issues overall, just a few points for improvement: 1) Not enough power outlets. 2) To access the hot tub in the backyard, you have to go out the front door and walk around to the back. It would be much more convenient if there was direct access from the cabin. 3) For a resort and hot spring hotel, there's a lack of drying facilities for clothes. Cleanliness: No issues, it was well-maintained and clean. The hot tubs are also cleaned by staff, but the cleaning personnel wore their shoes directly into the tub, which wasn't a great sight. Environment: Located within a park, the environment is undeniably beautiful, and the air is fresh. There's a shuttle service to the park's stations. I recommend visiting Monet's Garden; you can directly rent electric scooters by the lake. Service: Excellent, with quick responses and a good attitude. Dining: The breakfast restaurant has a wonderful view right by the lake, and the rice noodles are tasty. Transportation isn't very convenient, as it's about half an hour from the city center, and there are no nearby dining options. However, if you're driving with kids, I highly recommend staying for two days to fully enjoy the experience."

"Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded me to a double room. The room was large and clean, with electric central air conditioning. Many thoughtful details added to the experience, such as the fragrance in the elevator and room, making the entire hotel smell pleasant and free of smoke. The front desk provided a ”treasure box” with many thoughtful amenities like laundry detergent and band-aids. The hotel is just across the street from the Lake Spring Ecological Park; it can be a bit noisy during the day due to the road, but it's very quiet at night. I really liked this guesthouse; it's great value for money and highly recommended!"
