"The hotel is very new and should have given a five-star praise. The problem is that there are two major dissatisfaction with the hotel. First, the front desk calls indiscriminately and harasses the guests during any time period. The reason is that after the guest complained that the room next to the room was noisy, the front desk called directly to ask the guests in the next room without investigation. The first harassed call was after 9 pm (the TV was complained that the sound was loud, in fact, we didn't turn on the TV), the second was 7 am (the sound was loud, in fact, we hadn't got up yet), and there was no say without investigation. There is no voice, just being harassed early in the morning makes people incomparable Disgust. In fact, it is normal to be complained by the guest, but the front desk should come to verify, the reminder, the wrong reminder should apologize. The second is that the toilet is too dedicated. "Nagqu is at a very high altitude. We arrived in Namtso from Namtso and had some altitude sickness. It was cold and windy outside, so we didn't want to go out for dinner. The hotel unexpectedly prepared a late-night snack for guests, which was very thoughtful. The hotel's facilities are new and smart, and the oxygen concentrator worked very well, alleviating our altitude sickness. The service was also excellent. Nagqu is very dry, and we were running low on mineral water. We called to request two more bottles, and the hotel quickly delivered three bottles, which was very thoughtful."

"Stayed at Naqu Shangke Youyue Hotel last night, the experience was great! The hotel environment is clean and elegant, the lobby is bright and comfortable, and the atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom was dry and smell-free, and the details were well maintained. "Facilities: Very complete, with diffused oxygen, but the purity of the oxygen in this hotel isn't very high; I imagine it's similar in other hotels.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was quite good. I didn't find anything negative.
Ambience: The room was really nice. I often stay in five-star hotels for business, and I felt this place could live up to four stars. I visited during the off-season, and for under 300, it exceeded my expectations.

Guest UserIt should be the closest accommodation to Sapu Shenshan and the environment is good. It takes about 40 minutes to drive to the entrance of Sapu Shenshan Scenic Area. In the big yard of the village committee, the safety is full and the parking space is very convenient. The room was very large, the young lady upgraded the room type, especially warm heart, breakfast saw that I loved fruit, specially cut a large plate of watermelon, here satisfied my watermelon freedom.

Guest UserWe originally booked another hotel, but due to a temporary water tank malfunction, Trip.com helped us switch to this one.
Room Type: Standard rooms are on the second floor, while the 'Starlight' rooms are on the third. The third floor actually seems to be a makeshift addition, built on top of the original two-story building. You can tell a lot of thought went into the third-floor design; it features a spacious central garden, public seating, and even a billiard room. However, as soon as you step out of the elevator on the third floor, there's a strong 'bathhouse' smell, which also permeates the rooms. The floor in the rooms on this level also felt a bit uneven. So, we requested to switch to a king room on the second floor. Although it was a downgrade in terms of room category, we actually found the experience more akin to a typical hotel.
Facilities & Services: The curtains were ineffective at blocking light; strong light still leaked in during the mornings due to a noticeable gap at the top. The online description mentioned 24-hour oxygen supply, but when we woke up around 9 AM, we found the oxygen supply had stopped. The front desk informed us that oxygen is only provided until 10 AM. Breakfast hours are also quite early, ending at 9:30 AM (it doesn't get dark until around 9 PM in Tibet, so there's a time difference that East Coast tourists need to adjust to).
Other: The lobby on the first floor has massage chairs and a coffee machine. The restaurant offers mini hot pots, which are quite affordable (10 yuan for the soup base, 15 yuan for a small portion of meat, and free drinks).

1. The service is particularly good. As soon as our car arrives, the boss will go out to greet and help with the luggage, and provide the oxygen generator as soon as possible.
2. The room is clean and comfortable, and the bedding is very comfortable. For people walking in high altitude areas, it is especially important to have a good night's sleep. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, so there is aromatherapy, and the beautiful boss is particularly attentive and thoughtful.
3. The special plus item is breakfast, and the hotel in Tibet is really very good. The stir-fried vegetables and side dishes are delicious, fried dough sticks, siu mai, buns, and cakes are very good. Guest UserThe rooms were so popular that we arrived in ** County late, and by the time we checked in, there were no rooms available. This hotel is a favorite among locals, and I encountered many of them celebrating Mid-Autumn Festival in the first-floor restaurant.
The next day, we had breakfast on the first floor. The fried dough sticks were freshly made and were absolutely delicious!
The room was warm, odorless, and had plenty of air! Spacious and comfortable, I'd definitely stay here again.
