"This stay at Mando Hotel was originally good. I hadn't checked out yet, but the cleaning staff opened the door and came in without knocking. Then they asked me whether I was checking out or extending my stay. This shouldn't be done. The room attendant should just go into the room and ask. When I checked out, I said ”check out” at the front desk. A woman at the front desk said ”just leave it here”. Mando Hotel can strengthen its staff training so that it won't be like a high-end hotel, but just like a small guesthouse."

"Very dissatisfied, I can't find anyone to check in at 9 o'clock in the evening. It takes a long time to get to the front desk. It is dark. There is no reception. There is a super high ridge at the door. All luggage and the like have to be carried by yourself.
The most ridiculous thing is breakfast. I don’t know where to buy two plastic bags of buns and inferior soy milk. I don’t even have an egg. I let myself take it back to the hotel to eat.
The whole hotel saw a staff who ignored it from check-in to departure. It felt like it was going to close down immediately. It was really an eye-opener to sell more than 300 nights."
