"The hotel is conveniently located in 68 Taiwan Town, less than 5 kilometers from the 68 Scenic Area. The room was very spacious with new facilities, and the bathroom was divided into three areas, which was very convenient. The hotel offers great value for money, and the lovely lady at the front desk even upgraded my room. The service was top-notch; they even helped me refrigerate my items. Breakfast was abundant. Overall, a very satisfying stay."

"In conclusion: The hotel is located near the old cross-sea bridge at the southern tip of Pingtan Island. It's in a relatively remote location, but the environment is close to the sea, so it's recommended for those traveling by car as it's convenient for getting around.
Environment: The hotel has several buildings, with a maximum of three units per floor, all near the sea. My room had a balcony, which was very pleasant to look at the sea, the bridge, and the waves on sunny days. Delivery options are limited; the few that do offer delivery require using JD.com.
Service: Adding the front desk on WeChat resulted in a message with information about WiFi, breakfast, and driving routes – a thoughtful and natural service.
Breakfast: It deserves special mention because although the selection was limited, the food was quite good, and I enjoyed it.

"This was definitely one of the best family friendly hotels we have stayed at in China..
The check in was smooth..the hospitality of staff members was amazing,they greet you with a smile everytime they see you.. The room was great and very spacious,all the kids amenities were there and thekids loved the bathtub!
Star of the hotel is their swimming pool,so big with many pool floats present for everybody to use.. the slides in the small pool are a big hit with the kids!
The breakfast was good too..there is a drink stand in the lobby that serves free lemon and cucumber water which is great!!
The play area is big and keeps the kids busy for a long time..the arcade next to it very entertaining too!
All in all,an excellent hoel for families with kids and definitely worth a visit!"

"Had a great stay there with my girlfriend, with amazing views of the strait with the wind turbines.
The villa was clean and extremely spacious, with free afternoon tea inclusive of nuts, fruits and coffee.
However, the complex is on a long and steep hill, so be prepared to walk if you're not willing to book a cab.
Don't use the blue rental scooters to get up the hill, as we fell down at the steepest part."

"Upon check-in, the front desk attendant specially arranged rooms across from each other for us, and even upgraded one to a sea-view room. She also helped us with our luggage, which was excellent service. The hotel's breakfast was also very diverse. The hotel is very close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk away. The location is great, with plenty of food options nearby, making it very convenient. Parking was also easy."

"I chose the Wyndham Hotel for my Pingtan trip, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The lobby was grand and spotless, and the rooms were spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also boasts excellent leisure facilities, and its location makes it very convenient for exploring. I must give a special shout-out to Harry at the front desk. The check-in process was smooth and quick. He patiently explained all the hotel services and enthusiastically recommended local attractions and must-visit spots. His service was professional and thoughtful. DDaniel RodThe hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street.
The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist.
The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries.
The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same).
In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

YYangbinbinLocated on the hilltop next to the windmill restaurant, dining is super convenient. Down the hill, there's the popular Fairy Tale Town for some great photo ops. The butler created a group chat in advance and even reported the 'Blue Tears' (bioluminescent plankton) locations daily; their service was incredibly enthusiastic. We also received complimentary drinks and desserts in the afternoon. It would be even better if the breakfast selection had more variety. The large pool is fantastic for photos! When the hot water stopped working on the first day, it was promptly fixed. Overall, the service is very detailed and thoughtful, and the room cleanliness is up to par. There are quite a few rooms, and the design is very creative. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe room was absolutely stunning! The moment I opened the door, I knew the ocean view was worth every penny. You can definitely get some amazing photos right from your room. It's clear the owner has a great eye for design. The amenities in the room were also very comprehensive – even a Dyson hairdryer and facial tissues in the bathroom, which shows real attention to detail. We drove here, and parking was super convenient and free. The butler's service attitude was excellent too. And breakfast was quite tasty. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Pingtan!

GGuest UserI came to Pingtan with my elderly parents and chose the Tianji Hotel. Its location is super convenient for getting around. The lovely lady at the front desk saw my parents and proactively upgraded our room. The room was clean, tidy, and had no strange odors, plus there were free snacks! The parking lot is on the ground level and has multiple charging stations, which was very convenient for charging our car. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit.

XXiaoIOTAI checked into Bernar today. The room rates looked really appealing right after the May Day holiday, so I decided to give it a try!
However, promotion is one thing, and the actual experience is another. Let me share the pros and cons.
Pros:
1. The front desk service was quite proactive. Before I even arrived, they called to ask for my estimated arrival time. During check-in, they informed me of all the important details and even offered a free room upgrade. While it was an upgrade, I didn't notice anything particularly special about the room size or decor.
2. Parking was convenient. There were plenty of public parking spots right outside, probably because it's the off-season, so it wasn't crowded at all.
Cons:
1. The room felt a bit compact. There was no dedicated wardrobe, and the hot water from the sink faucet was incredibly slow, taking about 20 seconds to come out – quite amusing, actually!
2. Breakfast was rather simple. They offered 3-5 hot dishes, fresh noodles, juice, peanut soup, some slightly stale bread and cakes, and mostly egg-based items like braised eggs, boiled eggs, and fried eggs. Honestly, nothing else was particularly noteworthy. Overall, breakfast was pretty average.
3. Soundproofing wasn't great. I could easily hear what the couple next door was up to – a bit awkward, to say the least!

GGuest UserIt was difficult because of the language barrier, but thank you for helping me in real time through WeChat. The accommodation with a view of the windmill was really nice, and it was spacious and comfortable, so I had a comfortable stay. The only regret was that the towels were disposable, which was a little inconvenient.
It was a Chinese holiday, so there were a lot of people, and the traffic control was severe, so it was difficult, but if you avoid the national holiday, it seems like it will be a very leisurely trip. I regret not seeing Blue Tears this time. I will visit again next time I have the chance. Thank you.

GGuest UserThe off-season in Pingtan was fantastic! The owner was very helpful, contacting us in advance and keeping track of our arrival. Located in a secluded spot in the county town, they promptly greeted and guided us to our accommodation. The service was excellent. The inn was artistic and quiet, with very comfortable rooms, separate wet and dry areas, and good soundproofing. There were drinks at the reception on the first floor, and a terrace on the second floor where you could dry clothes and enjoy tea – so pleasant! My room near the stairs had poor WiFi, but they promptly offered to change rooms. The efficiency and service were excellent. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserIt was a very satisfying experience. Although there was nothing to do as a result of Typhoon Shantol, the only activity was to climb to the top of the mountain observation deck with my parents, but we were almost blown away by the typhoon. But the B&B is really impeccable, the food is delicious, the rooms are great, and the service is beyond praise. If I have the chance to come to Pingtan again, I will undoubtedly choose his place first.
