"酒店很新、且有智能化設施。論性價比非常高。但是體驗感非常差，辦理好入住後進到房間有濃重的氣味和煙味，因為是帶着小孩子，聯繫了前台要求換房間，告知沒有無煙房。保潔阿姨很樸實熱情，帶我看了剩餘不多的可以換的房間但是多多少少都有味道，之後衹好選了相對好些的房間通風處理。另外就是房間裏沙發污漬明顯（不好處理能理解）、淋雨頂噴花灑是壞的、猶豫長途開車入住時間很晚了，實在不想再聯繫前台處理（感覺也無解）。第二天早餐去的不算晚，餐廳可謂一片狼藉，很多東西都沒有了，基本的牛奶都沒有、牛奶容器是空的，告知廚房阿姨需要些牛奶給孩子，等了很長時間發現阿姨在清洗容器去詢問説今天沒有了！這裏感受非常不好。詢問前台告知早餐是外包的她們沒有權限處理。無語。"
