"The room projector was broken, the curtains were broken, the room phone was not connected, I called Ctrip from my mobile phone and was told that I had to dial a designated number to get through. I was not informed in advance when I checked in. The staff came to repair it for a long time but it was not fixed. Finally, I took the initiative to ask for a change of room. After changing rooms, the shower and bathroom were leaking. Based on the previous efficiency, I was too lazy to change rooms. The management and maintenance are very chaotic"

From the beginning of check-in, the little sister at the front desk was very enthusiastic, and the smile was particularly infectious, which made people feel very kind at once. She went through the procedures quickly and meticulously, and also took the initiative to remind me of some conveniences in the hotel and nearby transportation information, which was very intimate.
