Guest UserThis hotel offered good value for its convenient location.The room was spacious and clean, and the daily towel change was a appreciated touch. It is also very close to malls, bus stops, and shops.
However, there were some significant drawbacks. The windows in my room did not close properly, leading to a lot of street noise early in the morning, which disrupted sleep. Additionally, there was a noticeable smell of smoke in the hallways, as some guests seemed to smoke inside the building despite rules.
Overall, it's a decent option if you prioritize location and space, but be prepared for potential noise and air quality issues.

The hotel is a guesthouse, and it's well-managed and operated. It's quite clean, and parking is convenient right by the roadside. It's not too far from the scenic area, and the owner's food is quite suitable for us. The only drawback is the lack of hot water for showers; the owner said they'd fix it as soon as possible to better serve guests.

Guest User1. The location is very good. Linqingshui Lake, 100 meters ahead is the parking lot of Longgang Scenic Area, parking the hotel is free, haha. You can see the swing and pagoda.
2. The room with a balcony is selected, but the partition between the balcony is empty. Elegant and textured, that is, privacy is not very good.
Taking advantage of the check-out next door, I tried to take a picture and I could see the bed in the next room directly. . . . .
A few rooms, listening to the conversation next to it, the sound entered the ear, and the children were disturbed when they did their homework.
3. The facilities are normal and relatively new. There is a floor lamp, which is very convenient and a bit voice-controlled. Electric curtains are more tasteless.
4. In terms of service, after we checked in, we found that there were some dirty things on the balcony. The careful analysis should be a polyurethane paint. See the third picture. It is uncomfortable, communicate with the front desk, refuse to change, say to clean again, just barely endure it.
5. Eat, no breakfast, go 300 meters, there is food at the gate of the scenic spot. The old boat shop downstairs for lunch, honestly, is very general.
Summary: Close to the scenic spot, convenient transportation, free parking, no meals. Overall it is worth staying.
