"Beautiful resort, stylish and relaxing. I had a front pool room and was perfect apart they don’t have queen or king size bedrooms. I slept very bad, the 2 single beds (not even attached to each other) and pillows are very uncomfortable. Hope they’ll invest in comfort , I would definitely come back."

"We have wanted to stay at AxelBeach for a while. People told us it's just an expensive old hotel, but because of the name it stays busy. Well, unfortunately that is the case. The rooms look like they haven't been updated for 50 years. The TV is old and the wires behind it were frayed so badly it didn't have a signal. And the mattresses are so thin and uncomfortable I woke up yesterday with pain shooting down my lower back and legs. There's no excuse for cheap pillows and mattresses if you're going to charge this much. And we had a suite! It's like they're happy taking the *** $ but not meeting our expectations with that money. Other places to stay are much nicer. But on a positive note, the staff are absolutely incredible. They were always so friendly and helpful. I just wish that we had a better experience with the rooms."

"Front office and services staffs can be more pleasant. Not sure if they understaff or tired . But they sometimes they not friendly. The guy who checked us in very nice but rest of stay, we don’t received friendly attitudes from the service nor front office staffs . The housekeeping lady so much helpful. The hotel are decent."

"The hotel is very well located, close to a bus stop, supermarkets, and restaurants. There's a free shuttle bus to Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas. The breakfast was spectacular and plentiful. The pool was very clean and the water was a good temperature. They provide towels with a €10 deposit for the pool. There's live entertainment and/or music every night. All the staff were very friendly. It could use some renovations; the mattresses are sagging a bit. There's a free in-room safe. They have a complimentary shower, and you can use the pool on the day of checkout. There's a refrigerator in the room. It's quite noisy from the main avenue, so I suggest earplugs. I would definitely return."

"This time, I booked two five-star hotels on the island, both of which are owned by riu. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. The desert is right next to it. The sunset is particularly beautiful, and the hotel staff are also very enthusiastic. The swimming pool is a saltwater swimming pool that feels like swimming in the sea, and the room is not bad. Mine is a pair of two single beds put together. You can also note that you need a single bed. There are a complete range of food and beverages, and you really get what you pay for. The hotel is not too big, but although the sparrow is small, it has all internal organs. The only thing is that when the wind blows near the desert, a lot of sand will be blown, but it doesn't matter if you go back to the room and take a shower. There are buses and taxis outside the hotel, the transportation is convenient, there are restaurants, bars and shops everywhere, and it is a very mature place for vacation and tourism."

"A stunning place, to the dunes a couple of minutes walk, in the house everything new, there is a kitchen, and all the facilities, beautiful territory, pool, very quiet in the evening. I'll be happy to come back again"

"Excellent laid back and friendly hotel with a wonderful pool and delicious breakfast. Location was 15 minutes walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Very handy for airport transport on a good local bus service (line 66) room was spacious and comfortable. Good shower. Staff were obliging and kind. Will definitely return."

"The hotel has a modern and pleasant image. The beds are quite comfortable and the rooms are large. Disadvantages: The cleaning service first thing in the morning is quite noisy, not precisely because of the noise of the appliances, but because the cleaners shout to talk. I consider it a lack of respect, professionalism and consideration for the people who have paid for a break violated by that bad attitude. It happened to me on a Sunday at 8.00am. The breakfast, good fruit, but a lot of industrial and little native food abounds."
