"The hotel has a lot of history. It's a building historic building at a wonderful location. However because the building is so old, the rooms are tiny, facilities are old, elevator are petit. The services is great and the view if your room is looking at the marina is wonderful. Otherwise it's really not the best hotel experience to expect. I'll most probably choose a different place to stay at when I return to the city."

"Nice hotel, quite well located, close to the beach and within walking distance. However, you'll find yourself getting around more by car than on foot, as the area isn't very well-suited to public transport. It's very quiet. The staff is quite friendly, the hotel is quiet, and the room is cleaned daily. However, for the bathroom, it would be great to have a double shower head to prevent the water from overflowing 😊 Breakfast is adequate, with both sweet and savory options, but everything is pre-packaged, including the scrambled eggs, which are reheated packets. It would be nice to have something to warm or toast the bread so it's less chewy, since it's not fresh. Overall, quite decent, I recommend it for a stay in the area 😊"

"Stayed here for one night. The location is very convenient, from the station is only about 10 minutes walk. There are shops, restaurants and market nearby. You can reach the port for 5–7 minutes. Toilet and shower are common, are on every floor. In general, at its price it is a good and quite comfortable option for short stay."

"We booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking. Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails. After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ). They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty. We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself. The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither. We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam. We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area. Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area. Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325).. The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful."

"Facilities: Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip to France, this one felt the most like a modern five-star hotel back home in terms of its age and modernity. The facilities are quite modern, the decor is relatively new, and the style is aesthetically pleasing and well-thought-out. The only downside is that the rooms are small. In particular, we booked three rooms, and one of them was exceptionally tiny. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The cafe downstairs is beautiful, and the jar arrangements look exquisite. The gym's swimming pool offers a comfortable view of the sea on a sunny day. Service: The front desk service was excellent and professional. We didn't really experience much else. Location: The hotel's location is superb, within easy walking distance to the main shopping street and the steps of Cannes. For the price, this hotel offers great value for money in Cannes. The overall experience was far more worthwhile than the Le Méridien in Nice. All aspects are well worth the price."

"「ラ バスティード ドゥ ロリビエ」を拠点として、カンヌ国際映画祭、モナコeプリ、ニース等を堪能しました。 カンヌ駅、カンヌ市街地からは若干遠く(徒歩15分程度)、坂の上の立地ですが、そのおかげで街中の喧騒もなく静かな南フランスを堪能できました。 お部屋も素敵で、テラス、ジャグジー、キッチン付きでしたので、たとえばモノプリ等で食材を購入し料理も可能でした。 敷地内にはプールや東屋のような施設もありました。自然は豊かでしたが、なぜか虫はほとんどいませんでした。 また新聞はもとより、ヴァニティ・フェア等の雑誌も無料で配付されていました。 今回は2回目の滞在でしたが、機会があればまた利用したいと思います。"

"Simply a luxurious hotel, within walking distance. I arrived for the Cannes Film Festival and was allowed to check in an hour early, which was a pleasant surprise. They upgraded my room to a superior one – I'm thrilled, thank you! The breakfasts are absolutely amazing: Parma ham, cheeses, coffee, baguettes, croissants, strawberries, blueberries, yogurts, scrambled eggs, sparkling and still water, and even alternative milk. The administrators are super attentive and caring, thank you so much. My stay was simply wonderful."

"All the other staff were very kind, and the room was very well maintained, so thanks to you, I had a very comfortable stay in Cannes. However, I had one unpleasant experience. The female staff member in charge of breakfast was extremely rude. That morning, I had purchased some bread and, since it was quite large, I wanted to ask if it could be shared with other guests having breakfast. (It was freshly bought that morning, completely new.) However, she seemed to misunderstand and thought I was asking if I could eat the bread on the terrace. Without listening to me at all, she simply said “No!” I understand that she might not have wanted it or could have refused to share, and I also understand that outside food might be a sensitive issue. But her reaction was far too rude. When I tried to explain (using a translator) that I wasn’t trying to eat it myself, but only wanted to offer it to others, she didn’t listen and asked me to leave the terrace. It was so unreasonable, and this incident negatively affected my mood for the rest of the trip. Even when I returned to the hotel, she ignored me. I just want to clarify that my frustration wasn’t because my offer of the bread was refused. Even if she had simply said, “Sorry, we have plenty of bread, it’s okay,” I would not have felt upset at all. Of course, I would have respected that. I feel it’s unreasonable that guests should have to be cautious of this staff member’s attitude. If it weren’t for her, the hotel experience would have been excellent."
