Ilford Hotels with Wifi

This is a clean and tidy hotel. Although the hotel is not a big hotel, it is quiet and the room that I have stayed was really tidy and clean as well. Everything in the room worked perfectly. They even provide complimentary tea and coffee in the room! They offered free breakfast for me as well.The air-conditioning worked perfectly. I had a good sleep. Goodbye Travelodge... If you want me to talk about what could be improved, I can't think of one thing though. Cheers!

I have speak with reception today, room was dirty, pisses of glass on the floor, toilet dirty , hair under the shower, dirty toilet seat , I should stay a whole night , I came only because I didn’t wanna pay cancellation fee because we booked wrong date, but I couldn’t use the shower and toilet seat was very dirty so after 2-3 hours I check out. Room doesn’t smell even fresh - for this price I was in shock. Anyway 86£ was wasted. Reception amazing, helpful and nice. They told me even I’m Not the only one who complain about cleaners.

Booked a room with a window, in reality it’s a skylight. They only provide one towel in the room, however the reception man was very friendly and helpful and brought extra to the room. Cannot fault the staff the rooms are amazing for the price only downside is lack of towels in room and the mould round the shower, however I would stays here again

The service is very good, very patient with our poor language communication people, the breakfast is ok, the room is clean, although a little small. Compared with central London, it is much cheaper, and it is more convenient to take the subway to do errands.

Even though it's far from central London, it's about a 15-minute walk to the tube station, and there's a bus stop right outside with frequent services. The hotel is basic, but for the price, it's excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast is an extra £5.99, and it's absolutely worth it compared to prices in the area. The room was small but functional, with a new bathroom. The only minor issue was that when we arrived at Britannia Inn, they directed us to another hotel (Park Hotel) from the same group, about 500m away.

The hotel is super close to the station and there are a bunch of restaurants nearby. But this is an old hotel and it didn’t smell good. You have all the basic things. I don’t know why they charge 100 pounds for deposit, but takes forever to return it.

Slight language barrier with some of the staff but they were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection and the staff were very nice asking if we wanted something different than what was already available. All freshly cooked and tasty at a reasonable price. 24 hour reception and free parking which is a great bonus. The bed was ok just not a great placement (could only freely access from 1 side) and extra pillows would have been better as there was only 1 quite flat pillow each side. A little extra storage room would be a benefit. There was space to hang clothes and some small drawers but nowhere to put suitcases and bags so they’d be out of the way and because it was quite a small room things were sort of in the way. The bathroom was clean  but more towels would have been useful; we only had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel so we didn’t use the shower. I struggled a little with access in the outside area between corridors as the step to get in and out was quite steep with no handrails. Our stay was short but I had no complaints or issues that affected my trip.

Nice place. location also nice. Didn't face any difficulties to find the place.
