The management is not accommodating; it was impossible to change our reservation to shorten our stay."

The road to get to the accommodation is too extreme.
When we arrived we hadn't been shown which room, but we had already left it, so we were confused.
Last night, I ordered food and it took more than an hour for someone to deliver it, when I asked again, I didn't know, I forgot, it hadn't been delivered yet, finally when it arrived the food was cold again.
but yes, there are different prices. the service is in accordance with the rental price.
The door to see the view behind is stuck, the TV remote is broken. So if you want to find entertainment you have to leave the room
