"The room amenities, fitness facilities, and service were all excellent. Just a couple of minor suggestions: the toothbrush bristles were too hard and cheap, hurting my gums. Also, the font on the shower gel and shampoo bottles was too small for elderly people with poor eyesight to read, which needs improvement."

The bathroom was functional but lacked the amenities I expected. Breakfast was decent but didn’t offer much variety, and the Wi-Fi was often slow. "A month ago, I stayed at Zigna Kampung Batik for our family holiday. We booked the Deluxe Room and the Suite Room, and honestly we had such a pleasant experience here. We were really happy because the hotel gave us complimentary mirror art and a slice cake, such a sweet and thoughtful surprise. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! The location is super strategic, very close to Kampung Batik Laweyan and many great culinary spots in Solo, so it was easy for us to explore the city. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming during our stay, which made us feel comfortable. The facilities are also quite complete considering the price is still very affordable. Maybe the hotel can improve the cleanliness a little more, especially around the bathroom amenities area, and also minimize missed guest requests for an even better experience. Overall, our stay was really worth it and we truly enjoyed our time here. Definitely will come back again next time we visit Solo!"
