"After staying at 5 other hotels in India, it was finally Holiday Inn's turn, and my friends and I were absolutely thrilled! It's such a shame we only stayed for one night. This is a European-style hotel. The rooms are clean, and the rooftop pool on the second floor is simply magnificent. The staff are polite, and the breakfast 🥞 was a solid 100 out of 10! The variety of dishes was just superb. I really loved Kerala, and my friends and I decided we'll explore it more thoroughly next time. And of course, we'll definitely choose this hotel again ❤️🇮🇳"

"The location and cleanliness is good. However, I felt the room is not that great for that price. They have got all the basic amenities. Even though they have got all the basic amenities, I still felt that something is missing. Maybe I had hoped the room a bit more luxurious."

"Best part of my hotel stay was at the hotel restaurant. Dined there for dinner and breakfast and the food was good. Particularly, the breakfast buffet had a good spread. The service at the restaurant, from that of the chefs to the waiters was delightful and friendly. Special mention to the thoughtful service from Sourav, Rajesh Bhakat, Srideep and Triloka!"

"We stayed at this three-star hotel in Kochi for one night during a family trip. The location is convenient, close to Ernakulam Town Railway station and easily accessible by public transport. The staff was polite and helpful, especially at the front desk. The room was decently sized and clean, though the furniture and fixtures felt a bit dated. The air conditioning worked fine. Overall, it’s a decent budget-friendly option for short stays, but there’s room for improvement in terms of amenities and upkeep. Good for travelers who are looking for basic comfort without splurging."

Servicio bien, instalaciones tendría que mejorar el mantenimiento, ocmo piscina Desayuno a lo indio abundante, western muy básico, podría aumentar opciones no picantes. "We stayed here twice for closeness to the airport. The first time in a suite, which was very large and had plenty of room for the 3 of us, they made a bed up for our son. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Airport shuttle always available. The beds were really comfortable Food was good. Pool was large and good to refresh in. Overall definitely a good place to stay for Kochi airport. Only negative which wasnt really to bad, was the room could of been alittle more cleaner, but it really wasn't a problem."

"This is very impressive hotel for price and quality. I had very good stay there. As an international traveler, I had limited choice breakfast, but as soon as I asked for scrambled eggs and French toast, it was ready within minutes. Room is big and spacious. Very quiet, you don’t hear any sounds outside. Hot water is good, but managing shower wasn’t the best, so it’s area for improvement. Very nice facilities like swimming pool and gym comparing other hotel in the area."

"It was clean and comfortable stay at Seven Heights Edappally during our Cochin visits. Room and House keeping: was clean. And additional asks were catered immediately. They have iron box table and iron box available on demand. Bathroom was neat and clean. Dental kit/ Laundry bags etc were available on demand. AC wasn’t working properly. Not cooling as per remote settings. Though temperature 20-21 felt like AC is hard corded to some 27-29. First front office mentioned something similar and engage them if it’s not working. But even after multiple calls, it wasn’t hopeful. lack of fan made it worse. One night it was okay and gave up. Restaurant: Not sure about in room dining. When I asked, they mentioned they had it before and since it’s less customers using the facility for dining. However they have ventured out the BF to some vendor and they do in the morning. Most of the guests are either getting delivery or eat out lunch/dinner and as mentioned above it’s not available. So be prepared. Luckily we had ours packed from Salkara on the way from airport. Amrita Institute of Medical Science is very close proximity about 350m 4mins walk. Lulu mall also easily accessible. Property appeared newly constructed and well maintained. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast Buffet: In the buffet board they mentioned 4 Indian items with curry combination, Bakery: Bread Jam/Butter Fresh juice, Egg items, Fresh juice, cut fruits, oats/cornflakes. I found 2/4 Indian spreads were missing than what was published menu. Upma wasn’t good. Appam curries were fine. Otherwise it was eggs were properly cooked, juice was fresh. Since it was made in small quantities and made on demand it was good. Overall good for one night stay experience."

"Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved."
