Pretty disappointed with the facilities especially the pool . It was so dirty and green . Was told they clean every morning . The breakfast is pathetic compare to the last few nights that we stayed around pub street which is a 4 star hotel not even international brand and cheaper too .Not many people in the hotel and I think that’s why the breakfast has limited varieties . I think I will not pay for this rate as listed as 5 stars hotel . Need to collect the eggs from the counter when is ready . The last hotel I stayed was delivered to the table once is ready . Dare not open the door to the balcony because of mossi too . Therefore you can’t really enjoy the outdoor unless you are fine with the sting . service at the concierge was good and thoughtful . Anyway I won’t pay for this rate if I can’t enjoy the pool nor the breakfast

Older hotel but has spacious rooms, large selection for breakfast, staff were very nice. Pool was huge and the highlight of my stay. It’s along the main road to Angkor Wat. I chose this for part of the trip for the ease of access to Angkor.

Some of my favorite parts about the hotel and experience in general were: Interior & Exterior Architecture: A harmonious blend of traditional Khmer influences and contemporary elegance creates a truly breathtaking atmosphere. The attention to detail in the interior design, with its lavish furnishings, excellent choice of lighting, and unique artistic touches, elevates the overall experience to new heights. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. The plush bedding, tranquil ambiance, and panoramic views create an oasis of relaxation. The Exceptional Service: One of the standout features of Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is its commitment to providing exceptional service to its guests and the environment. The staff members are attentive, courteous and go above and beyond to meet every guest's needs. The manager even made an effort to visit me at the gym as he could not greet me at the reception. The Stage 1960 had an impressive menu with imported meats I doubt can be found elsewhere; breakfast every morning was beautiful with the freshest local ingredients to create innovative dishes; even the room service, typically an afterthought, was thoughtful with something for everyone. Location: The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is ideally located. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the magnificent Angkor Wat, allowing guests to easily explore the UNESCO World Heritage site. Additionally, it's only a 2-minute ride to the bustling Old Market and the vibrant Pub Street, providing convenient access to local markets, shops, and lively nightlife. Tuk-tuk drivers are on standby outside the hotel so there is no wait In summary, Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is a beacon of luxury, hospitality, and elegance in Siem Reap. I have yet to find a flaw! Whether you are a business traveler, family, or here for a honeymoon - I highly recommend choosing this resort when booking your accommodation in Siem Reap!

This is such a hard hotel to review. On the one side the pool was one of the best I have ever used. The room was great. The air conditioning phenomenal. The place has the image of a genuine five star hotel. However, beneath the surface the hotel isn’t quite all that. The breakfast was atrocious. It seems to be geared exclusively to Chinese customers… but it’s worse even than most basic Chinese hotel breakfasts (which are often terrible). All in all I MIGHT stay here again next time… but the breakfast really was a shame.

Quiet in the noisy, good service, and overall satisfaction. The room details are very good, and the decoration design is almost a bit relative to the price/performance ratio.

There’s definitely room for improvement in this area. Overall, the hotel deserves a 5-star rating, thanks to its spacious rooms, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway! PS: i enjoy the free high tea at 3pm to 4pm! Didn’t try the spa but seems decent

This was very nice. Everything was new very clean and very luxury. we traveled with a big group of friends and had a great stay. The pool on the inside of the hotel is the centerpiece and a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing or just chilling in the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and provided very good service. The location was a little bit outside of the city center, but therefore it was very quiet and also no problem to get a tutktuk. I highly recommend to go here to siem reap.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! This is a five star hotel in my book. Very friendly staff with a good knowledge of English and always eager to help. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. My wife and I discussed staying here on our 50th Anniversary.

We had a great time at the FCC. The open plan layout really feels like you are in the forest despite being next to the river in town and a short walk from the action of pub street. Rooms are well appointed, and staff are extremely welcoming with great English. The breakfasts are also fantastic - make sure to try some of the Asian options which are extra special. Double spa prices before using, maybe some confusion over inclusion of tax etc.

The service is super good. The decoration style and facilities of the whole hotel are like those of an old hotel. The lighting is a bit dim and the switch is a bit troublesome. There are two points that the hotel should change. One is that there is no socket hole next to the bed, and charging needs to be placed on the table, which is a bit troublesome. The other is that the dressing table is not very friendly to ladies. The lighting is dim and the distance to the mirror is a bit far, which is not convenient for makeup. Everything else is OK! Very cost-effective and the location is also very good! Overall satisfied
