"The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and very comfortable. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were warm, attentive, and thoughtful. The breakfast offered fresh and delicious vegetables and fruits. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. However, the room assigned this time was incredibly noisy, even past midnight. I hope they don't assign me a room on that side next time."

I know there are other hotels nearby like Shilla Stay and Lotte City Hotel, but this one was just as pleasant. More importantly, the room condition was excellent for the price, and it was very clean and comfortable. The E-Mart 24 convenience store on the first floor is a major plus. The only minor downside is that it's about a 15-minute walk from Lotte Department Store Ulsan, but other than that, everything was satisfactory. I'll definitely be staying at Stars Hotel Ulsan again on my next business trip! Haha."
