"Initially, we didn't get the room we booked. We had reserved a large room with a sofa bed because our foster child needs to sleep in a separate bed. We tried contacting the hotel about this but received no response. We also informed them of our arrival time, which ended up being 45 minutes later because our motorbike taxi caught fire, forcing us to walk the rest of the way. We eventually did get a room with a sofa bed, but the sofa was broken and couldn't be unfolded. It was room 277. Our 169 cm tall child had to sleep on a 150 cm long sofa, with their head on a narrow armrest. We had to ask for extra bedding for the sofa. We couldn't go to sleep until around 1 AM. Our child woke up with neck pain and almost rolled off the sofa several times. We chose this hotel because it seemed comfortable. It turned out to be a horror night, a waste of 133 euros. We would like to request a partial refund. Also, our child's glasses, which were left in the other room, have gone missing."
