Nice clean hotel, location is near the train station, short walk but not easy with luggage as the path passes a dyke so stairs up and down. Note the town is about 40 minutes walk away. Airport is one train stop but shuttle bus is available, free from airport return is €5 Rooms are large and clean, nice shower. Large TV, Wife kettle tea and coffee. Restaurant and vending machine is available. Good value for money

The hotel is a great choice for those looking for a clean, spacious, and safe environment away from the city bustle. It feels very ”family-friendly” and is surrounded by nature, making it a peaceful retreat. However, keep in mind its location if you plan on visiting the city center frequently. Location & Transport 🚌 Proximity: Conveniently located about 10 minutes from the airport. Shuttle: The hotel provides a scheduled shuttle bus to and from the airport with frequent departures. City Access: There is no direct transport to the city center. To get downtown, you must take the shuttle back to the airport and transfer to a train/bus, call a taxi, or take a local bus to a transit point. It can feel a bit isolated if you don't have a car. Parking 🚗 There is ample parking space available, but please note that it costs approximately €20 per day. Room Quality 🛌 The Good: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, the room quality is very satisfying. The Amenities: A bit minimal. They provide the basics (soap, shampoo, and lotion), but no shower caps or other extra vanity kits. You might want to bring your own. Service & Facilities 🍳 Staff: The front desk team is professional and helpful. Breakfast: A highlight! The breakfast spread is good, and the staff are very attentive—constantly clearing plates and keeping the tables clean. The airport shuttle bus costs 5 Euros from the hotel to the airport, it would be better if it were free. Some front desk staff are great, but one woman had a very bad attitude, which was quite unpleasant. Also, when booking a room, remember to check the pictures carefully, as the quality of rooms can vary greatly within the same hotel. This particular room was dimly lit and the decor wasn't as good as the one I booked a week ago.

Soft bed—rolled and slid off the bed when I woke up—, one side used too much by guests. Cut my chin , hands hurt from the fall, neck pain for several days…. Too much perfume scent in lobby. But  was nicely decorated

The room was great, very clean and tidy, and quite spacious. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was also pretty good. My only minor complaint is that the bed was made of two single beds pushed together, but other than that, everything was fine.

We stayed 3 nights at the Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol. Hotel is relatively quiet. The Moxy shares a shuttle with NH Hotel. For the shuttle to the airport, payment is expected via a chip per person which can be obtained from reception and booking has to be made. It costs €4 per person who is not a Marriott Bonvoy member or €3.5 for members. It is free from the airport to the hotel. There is no fridge, coffee or tea making facilities. We had to place a deposit of €90 on check in. Free coffee available in the morning only as the grab and go. No bottle water given as tap water is drinkable.

Not coming back. Everything felt cheap. No fridge in the room, almost no water power from the shower, The bed was too hard (I woke up with back pain two hours early), power socket for hairdryer unreachable, charge for leaving the luggage behind for a few hours, it's absurd!!! unfriendly short tempered staff at checkout. I must say one point, the location was good, easy approach to the station. And 10mins walk to the centre of Hoofdorp.

The good: -The room and bathroom was spacious and comfortable. -On site parking (25€/night). The bad: -As you enter this establishment, there is a big sign saying that we need to help the hotel reduce their carbon footprint by asking the staff not to clean our room. To go with the text there is a picture of a sad looking polar bear (of course, always the polar bear). I'm wondering, if my room is not cleaned, do I pay a cheaper rate, because cleaning is included in the price? If not, I'm wondering if this hotel has joined the climate cult just because it's a great way to gain money. Make people feel guilty about having a clean room, and you need less cleaning staff , less cleaning products, less time….

This is my 2nd time to stay this hotel. We stayed 2nd floor room 240 this time, WIFI OK, AIRCON didn't work or we might mistook to use? And Floor was bit dusty , I regret I didn't bring my slippers. Coffee Maker was very helpful. Cups were so cute, And message on it's bottom was so funny. I found many people stole it. ”This was stplen from BASTION HOTEL.” hahaha Shower water pressure was perfect. Especially thank to Shuttle service. Thank you very much. Around check out time fire alarm was heard , tha's surprised.

The hotel staff was very welcoming. They arrived early and let us check in early even though we were very tired. The room was also quite clean. But the transportation is not very convenient, it is very remote, and it takes 12 minutes to walk to the nearest station.
