"Modest rooms in the very center. The hotel is located in a private house on the 2nd floor. The receptionist is available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. If you arrive earlier or later, ask for the door code. All attractions are close, about 5 minutes away. The rooms are new and very clean. They have everything you need, although they are a bit small. Overall, 10 out of 10 for this type of accommodation."

"Great location and very clean rooms, also friendly staff. There is only 1 lift so you often need to wait a while or take the stairs. Gym is very small with limited equipment, sauna is a nice bonus but the door doesn’t fully close. I was on a non-smoking floor but there was often a strong smell of smoke."

"I stayed at this apart-hotel in Zemun and was very satisfied. Everything was excellent — the room was clean and cozy, with comfortable furniture and modern equipment. The area is quiet, with cafes and shops nearby, and it is easy to reach the city center. I especially want to highlight the attentive staff — as a foreigner, I was helped with the temporary registration, which is very important for staying in Serbia. This made all the formalities much easier. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and reliable accommodation in Belgrade."

"Hotel location is great and closed to pedestrian road at the city center , you can reach the hotel from the Tesla airport using free bus number 72 and you can find this bus at arrival gate , it takes about one hour by this bus to arrive to last station in city center , then you can walk about 10 minutes to arrive the hotel , try to buy SIM card from the airport to help you to reach the hotel easily , do not take taxi because most are not good behavior driver and will take from you 20 Euro for just a short drive , the hotel room very clean and comfortable bed , the bathroom also very clean and housekeeping clean every day , but the problem that the lady in reception gave me the worst room in hotel . The room was very noisy and has a voice of blinder most time and the room has not any view , the breakfast was very great and delicious food and has many different variations of food everyday , the breakfast staff ( Mr DaIan ) was a great friendly man I give him 10/10 and he help all guest and advise them to try some delicious food ,  I will come back again to this hotel if they will give me other room ."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Knez Mihailova Street and Republic Square. You can walk straight down the street to the fortress, and many other attractions are also within walking distance. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, the staff are warm and friendly, and the rooms are cleaned thoroughly. The breakfast offers a rich variety of delicious food. If you exit the hotel and turn right for about 10 meters, passing through two building underpasses, you'll find a lively street with plenty of restaurants, as well as a large parking lot (P9) that costs 140 RMB per night, which is very convenient. Overall, it's a great place."

"Perhaps because it's a newly opened hotel in 2024, there aren't many online recommendations and reviews, but I still decided to try my luck with this hotel, and it turned out to be surprisingly good! Definitely worth recommending! Facilities: Very modern, with smart central control. The TV is smart but cannot be cast. The air conditioning is constant temperature, so sometimes it gets a bit cold even on heating. A complimentary bottle of water is provided upon check-in and not provided during the stay. Coffee and tea bags are continuously replenished. Service: The front desk staff were very helpful and responsive, answering any questions. Their English was good, and they responded promptly to any room issues I asked them to resolve. Breakfast: Very plentiful. During my three-night stay, the breakfast menu changed daily. Location: Excellent location. It's very close to Republic Square and Miguel Street, and the airport bus terminal (route 72) is a 5-minute walk away. There's a DM (Delivery Department Store) and a money exchange nearby, as well as a 24-hour bakery. There are also fast food options like McDonald's across the street, so you won't have trouble finding food even late at night. Cleanliness: Daily cleaning, quite clean. The room isn't particularly large, but it's adequate for short trips. Disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers are provided, but shower caps are not. Overall, a hotel with no major drawbacks and good value for money."

"Pros: We checked in remotely in the evening. It's centrally located, close to the airport bus stop, and there are cafes and bakeries nearby. There's a kettle and cups in the room, but no spoons. Good price for two. Cons: The room is tired, the mattresses and pillows are stained, dusty, and we had to wait a long time for the water in the bathroom to heat up. Conclusion: It's a comfortable stay, but not for long."

"Everything was perfect. Room was very clean. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t want to leave the hotel. Food was exceptionally good and the prices were lower than I expected. If we were to travel to Belgrade, we would definitely stay at Hyatt. Thank you for everything 🙏"
