"The hotel is small but very cozy. The room has everything you need. There's a pool, but we didn't use it as we went to the sea instead. Our balcony overlooked a nearby cafe. It was fine generally, but one evening there was a noisy group playing music and singing loudly. For the price we paid, it's hard to complain."

"I recently spent 4 nights and 5 days at Swandor Kemer in mid-August, and my overall impression of the hotel is overwhelmingly positive. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly and worked incredibly hard, like bees. The hotel's landscaping is beautiful, and I didn't notice any flies, which was a plus. We stayed in a duplex room in the new building. The room was clean, and housekeeping was remarkably efficient. We'd leave for breakfast around 8:45 AM, and by the time we returned at 10:00 AM, the room was already cleaned. What's more, the room was very comfortable, and I'd especially recommend the duplexes for families as it feels like you're getting two separate, independent rooms. Despite the hotel being crowded, it never felt uncomfortable, and we never had to queue anywhere. It felt like a 'quality' crowd, mostly families, which made it feel very safe. The hotel layout is excellent. You can always find a sun lounger in any area, at any time of day, and there's no towel issue thanks to the card system. Sun loungers are available everywhere: on the hotel's pier, the beach, by the pools, and on the lawns. The sea in Kemer is incredibly beautiful. Since it's stony/pebbly, the water stays clear. If you enter the sea from the pier, you won't encounter pebbles, but those with sensitive feet might want sea shoes for the beach. The pools and the aqua park are also quite large. Now, for the food and drinks, which is a major concern for many: the breakfast offers everything imaginable, and the quality of the products is very high. For example, there were six types of eggs and a wide variety of deli meats (both red and white meat options). I didn't experience the late breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The snack restaurant actually operates like an open buffet. They had pasta, rice, Turkish dumplings (mantı), Turkish flatbread (pide), pizza, meatballs, hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries, various crispy and grilled chicken options, salads, and fruits. I ate meatballs every day – there were two kinds (butcher's and İnegöl), and they were delicious. It was a clean, comfortable environment where you didn't have to wait in line. There are bars located throughout the hotel. The drink selection was extensive, and I found their cocktails to be particularly well-made. My only criticism is for the hotel's patisserie: it opens at 2:30 PM and closes at 6:00 PM, and the variety is limited. The ice cream is good, but it definitely needs to open earlier and offer more choices. Regarding the main restaurant for dinner: there's a small Asian cuisine corner. Fresh grilled fish (sea bream, trout, and sea bass) was continuously available every day. There were always chicken and turkey options, and the variety was quite extensive. Döner kebab was served every evening. Pide and pizzas were baked non-stop. During the Turkish night, kebabs were served. Another night featured grilled quail and entrecote, and there was a seafood night – so there's truly something for everyone. For those sensitive to red meat, there was always a meat-based alternative. I should mention, however, that I wasn't particularly fond of the döner. There was a huge variety of meze, salads, and fruits. I enjoyed the desserts and pastries, but I didn't see any pistachio baklava. For the late-night dinner, they prepared one of each type of meat. I don't think it's possible to go hungry here. Stewed dishes like tas kebabı and orman kebabı were always available. When I went to the main restaurant at lunchtime, I felt like I was seeing the same menu from last night's dinner. Overall, though, I liked the food, drinks, and flavors. As someone who has experienced many different all-inclusive hotels, to summarize this property: you get more than what you pay for at its current price, and that's very satisfying."

"A budget hotel with three meals a day. The food selection is minimal, but everything is edible. Only the breakfasts are very basic: boiled eggs, cheese, and a little sausage. Turkish tea and coffee from a machine are drinkable. The rooms are cleaned well, but that depends on your luck with the hostess. The pool is popular with guests, but the sun loungers are dirty; the area around it wasn't cleaned even once in 10 days. The beach is public, and sun loungers are free for hotel guests, but the sun loungers are a complete mess. There aren't enough for everyone because anyone can grab them, and no one maintains the beach area! Dirt and trash are the norm."

"This hotel is really 'tired' and the rooms are run down. The photos on the website do not match reality. 1. The elevator is tiny and we always waited a long time. It was hard to squeeze in with a stroller, so I had to carry the stroller up and down to the second floor myself! 2. The restaurant is small, and the food is mediocre BUT FRESH, which is a plus. THERE IS NO KIDS' MENU! Even though 'children's meals' were advertised in the description. 3. The high chairs for kids were not cleaned after use. On the second day, the chair was just dirty (photo attached), so I had to clean it myself! 4. The coffee machine was dirty. The coffee and tea cups were dirty. 5. Everything in the rooms had a film on it – the shower, the shower cabin – it was disgusting to touch anything. Even the mirror was hung crookedly, which was the final straw! Upon check-in, there were someone else's black hairs in the closet and disposable slippers under the bed. The safe was broken and wouldn't lock. 6. The children's pool was ice cold. I had to bathe my one-year-old child in the adult pool! 7. When I ordered wine, they just gave it to me in an old plastic cup! The chairs in the hotel are plastic. Honestly, I cannot recommend this hotel. It barely scrapes by as a 3-star. My impressions are very mixed and sad. All that was good was the friendly and polite staff, the responsive entertainers, and the entertainment manager. The hotel is very small, boring, and run-down."

Negatif; İçecekler konusunda oteldeki tek güzel şey çaydı.. İmport içki verilmesini beklemiyorduk ama birasından votkasına cininden kokteyllerine hepsi gördüğüm en kötü oteldi. Kokteyl konusunda bardaki arkadaşlar boşuna uğraşıyor premix koyun bardakla herkes alsın daha kötü olamaz zaten. İçine kullanılan alkolden soft drink’e şuruplara kadar herşey faciaydı. Bira içelim bari dedik bir bira nasıl bu kadar tatsız olur tarifi yok. Yemeklerde çok çok kısıtlı tatlılar felaket kötü. Yiyecek içecek konusunda haksızlık yapmayalım şu iyiydi diyebileceğimiz hiçbirşey yoktu o kadar kötü. Ortalık o kadar çocuk doluki ne kafa dinleyebilirsiniz ne herhangi bir köşeye geçip sakin bir ortam bulabilirsiniz inanılmaz hiç bitmeyen bir çocuk gürültüsü içerisinde tatil yapıyorsunuz. 6 yıl önce aynı otelde kalmıştım o zaman çok daha iyiydi. Bu 2. Ziyaretimdi ama 3. olmayacaktır.. Personel ekibine tekrar teşekkür ediyorum"

"Компактный, стильный и очень гостеприимный отель. Радушное приветствие и работа персонала на высоте от официантов до высшего персонала. Вот прямо стараются от души. Питание отличное…. без засилия салатов ненужных как в обычных 5 звезд. Небольшой и отличный выбор блюд. Нет очередей, чистый/новый зал. Территория небольшая, но современная и ухоженная. В барах коктейли и вино, пиво в бутылках, но особо не пользовались. Пляж небольшой с пирса, лежаков достаточно и всё свежее. Отель для любителей компактности, отсутствия анимации и минимум детей. Шумно от соседних отелей, но можно попросить дальние номера. Безупречный персонал сглаживает все нюансы. Цена/качество очень соответствует."

"I spent an entirely unforgettable time in this hotel! It was really the perfect holiday on the ”Everything Inclusive” system that exceeded all my expectations. Of course, I will come back here again and recommend this hotel to all friends and acquaintances. Atmosphere and Service: From the first minute of stay you feel like a welcome guest. Staff works as a coherent mechanism: Everyone is incredibly friendly, smiley and ready to solve any request instantly. Services at the top whether in a restaurant, at a pool or on a receptacle. Food and Drinks: The system ”All Inclusive” is implemented simply brilliant! The choice of dishes at the main restaurant was enormous, and the quality of food excellent. Every day fresh fruit and stunning sweets. Sneak bars and bars at the pool also rejoiced with the variety of drinks and snacks throughout the day."
