Selcuk Hotels with Wifi

One of the best - if not THE best - hotel experience/s we ever had!!! ❤️ This small and cute hotel is something like a jewel! The one staff we met was adorable and so kind and caring that we felt right at home and even felt sorry that after only one night we had to leave for our next spot to visit! The hotel is gorgeous, the service impeccable, the breakfast!!! OMG!!! Just look at the pictures and you'll know what I mean! The breakfast was a piece of art made with love 💕 But, originally, the hotel is called Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery, because all the sculptures you can see on the pictures were made by the owner - it vibes so well with the whole Ephesus area and it's beautiful ancient buildings, ruins, ... We got a nice upgrade to a bigger room that we could directly leave through a door to the inner courtyard where breakfast was served - super convenient! The courtyard was so peaceful that we felt like hearing ancient whispers coming from all around us... So much history!!! So much to see and having this wonderful hotel as the base to discover from was the best choice we could make! No need to mention that the room was simple but very nice and clean, comfy and big bed, nice lighting, spacey bathroom with very modern standard. Aircon as well, but we preferred to use the big fan on the ceiling instead ... There was a little fridge in the room and the beverages inside were free to take, so we were happy about the water after a hot and sunny day ... ☀️ Also, whenever we were on the way in or out, we were offered coffee, tea, water, juice, fruits ... you can see the fruit plate that we happily enjoyed as a mid-day snack ... If you ever visit Selçuk and Ephesus Ancient Town - and you should because it's ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - you should definitely book one, or even better two or three days at Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery!!! Btw, it's also in easily walkable distance to the Ephesus Archeological Museum, the İsa Bey Mosque, St. Jean Church, the Ayasuluk Citadel, ... Another great plus was the fact that we could park the car right in front of the hotel. Last but not least, we received a beautiful little gift from the hotel employee who was taking care of us so kindly - she had sculptured the little elephant that you can see on the last picture by herself! A very special gift for us! 🎁 ❤️

Quiet Selcuk, I am very fortunate to stay here for one night. In winter, there is floor heating and heating. I can smell the smell of firewood from a distance, which is very fragrant. The breakfast is full and the off-season is like a VIP service. No one else is there. It is a lot of dogs barking in the village in the morning, but it is also very original. 3 km from Ephesus.

This hotel has no cons, all pros Location: walking distance from Dolmus and train station. Situated on historic Ayasoluk hill with short walk from St John Basilica, Isa Bay mosque. A short taxi or Dolmus drive from Esphuses and Virgin Mary house. Staff is very welcoming and goes extra mile with any help needed All staff speaks very good english. The hotel has swimming pool and very good valley view. Hotel has modern amenities and has been updated and decorated very well. The hotel also has two shops selling a huge variety of carpets and local handicrafts.

The hosts were excellent from first point of contact to us checking out and leaving our luggage while we did some last minute sight seeing before our train departure. Breakfast was wholesome and filling and the lady in the kitchen was delightful. The patio area was beautiful, the room tastefully decorated and well maintained, as was the rest of the property. The owners made reservations for us at a restaurant nearby (Sofas) where we were treated to Turkish music and the best meal we had experienced in Turkey. We were given tips to enhance our visit to archeological sites and were even chaperoned to Ephesus at no extra charge. I did not want to leave but our onward travel was already organised. I thoroughly recommend Nilya and would gladly return on any future visit to Turkey. 11/10. thank you for making our Turkey experience that much better. Katrina

Prices have increased significantly during the holidays, and the hotel is not very close to the ancient city of Ephesus. The 240 meters given by Ctrip is even more nonsense. Based on this 240 meters, you can't reach the ancient city of Ephesus at all, and you still need to walk a long way to the station. To take a minibus, I personally recommend staying directly in Izmir. You can take a train or a minibus to Ephesus in the morning. You can also take a minibus or train back in the evening. Minibuses are very convenient. It's very convenient to get there. There are standard hotels like Marriott and Renaissance in Izmir, which are much more comfortable than staying here. In addition, most of the hotels in Selcuk were renovated from my own family's house. They have a strong religious overtone, and the accommodation is a bit strange. The roads are not very easy to walk. There are many uphill and downhill slopes, and there are many stone roads. It is very tiring to walk. You can only occasionally see taxis when you go to the main road, which is very inconvenient for people with luggage.

Our group of five people stayed at the hotel by car. The hotel is simple, quiet and tidy, and the breakfast is very good. The next day we found that the tire pressure of the rented car was less than 160, and we found the store owner to ask for help. The boss did not say anything very enthusiastically to help us contact a car dealership, and personally took us to the car dealership. After checking, it was found that it was slow to spread gas. The boss took the initiative to contact the car rental agency and repaired it. Since the leak point is near the car keel, we are not assured to ask the car rental agency to change the car. Because the voice is not good, it is not easy to communicate. Thanks to the hotel owner on our behalf. The car rental agency is finally communicating repeatedly the next day. We changed the new car rental before we planned to travel, without delaying the trip. We are very grateful to the hotel owner for his warm service and patient and proactive help. We stayed for four nights in this small town of Selcuk. This hotel has a good location, it is walking distance to Selcuk Otogar, local bus stop, saturday market and Selcuk Muzeum. Isabey Camii and Basilica of St John are within walking distance from this hotel. The famous Ephesus Archaeological Site is just 5 minutes drive using a local bus. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable with clean bedsheets. Two bottles of mineral water are provided daily. A good breakfast is provided including boiled egg, cheese, steamed potato, bread, fruit juice, tea, etc. The environment is quiet and peaceful, it is enjoyable to stay here.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a very convenient location, with lots of restaurants, shops and ancient sites located within walking distance. The staff are friendly and the rooms are tastefully decorated. I especially loved the bathroom. My only complaint would be that the bed lacked a duvet and had a very thin blanket/sheet instead. This was not very comfortable to sleep with, though it seems to be a norm for hotels in the general area. A proper duvet would be a lot more comfortable, especially for international guests. Other than this small detail, it was a lovely one night stay.

The place is really cute, clean and cosy. They’ve done traditional but minimalist interior which is really lovely to experience. It’s close-ish to the train/bus stop, about 10-12 minutes on foot. Most importantly, Baris was the most amazing host! He was friendly and so welcoming. He made me feel right at home and safe as a female solo traveler. I highly recommend this guest house.

It's right from Selchuk station, so you won't get lost, and the bus to Ephesus is nearby and the location is great. There were many restaurants and supermarkets around. There is no elevator, but the staff helped me carry it. Do you have a family? It was very kind. ３ The room was small because I stayed with people. But the breakfast was also volume and very delicious. It is a hotel that I want to stay if I have another chance.
