Inside, enjoy a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, 46" Smart TV, and comfortable sectional seating. Ladder and rafts provided for cooling off when utilizing the dock.-We have full-time neighbors. Renters need to be respectful of noise during their stay.-We have a boat on a lift on the dock. This is not to be utilized by guests. We ask that you please stay off of the boat. There will be a fine if there is damage done to the boat or our boat lift.- If you have your own boat or wave runners, you are more than welcome to tie up along side the dock that has built in bumpers and cleats. Holly Grove Marina is located 3 miles from the house that has a boat ramp to use. Be mindful that you have to go under an overpass to get into Great Creek where our boat dock is.
