(Please note If you wish to use the hot tub there is a $25 maintenance fee per reservation. Just contact Gareth if you wish to use the tub)Inside, the large living room has comfortable leather furniture and a 65-inch TV with surround sound. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, and an oversized butcher block island with stools creates an excellent center gathering place. There is a full dining table that seats 6. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and the 2 bedrooms upstairs have king beds. All are furnished and have full closets. 2 Luxurious bathrooms, one with a large tile and glass door shower and the other with a tub and shower combination.This PET-FRIENDLY home is a DOG HEAVEN! The whole lot is fenced, so you can bring your furry friends, who will have plenty of outside room to explore. We even have a spare dog bed and bowls just in case you don't bring your own! Lovely older home 4 blocks from town recently renovated. Three bedrooms, master with private bath and sliding glass doors to a large deck and hot tub for 8 people.Bedroom #2 has a 3/4 full size bed and a twin, bedroom #3 has a pair of twin beds.All bedding is new Jameson Marriott five star mattresses. The two guest bedrooms share a beautiful tile bath. The den has a full size fold out sofa bed for overflow, or kids that want to stay up late and watch a movie on Netflix or from our video library. The house is close to the Music Center and only 4 short blocks from the center of town so you can walk to great restaurants, shops and breweries.
