Burnsville is the quintessential small town nestled in the foothills of Mount Mitchell, the highest peak east of the Mississippi. It is known for its artistic vibe and outdoor adventures. Its town square offers restaurants, local shops, galleries, antiques, and a lively brewery.The spaceAt Lickskillet there is plenty of room to relax inside and out. The creek boarders the back yard which has a fire pit, picnic table, hammock and two decks. The front yard is flat with plenty of space to play and a picturesque barn and pasture across the road. The house was remodeled in 2022 making it feel fresh and clean. It is decorated in a trendy bohemian farmhouse style. The main level of the home is accessible by two steps and has all the living space on one level. There is a rec room in the basement with a ping pong and foosball table, couch, video games and card table making this a great hang out space. This area is not heated or cooled but stays comfortable most of the year.Guest access-There is about an acre of flat yard to play in.
