Beautifully decorated Lake Michigan beach cottage!! Well appointed 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage literally within walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in the state. Also within walking distance to lovely downtown Manistee, which boasts several bars, restaurants, a brewery, riverwalk, and even a movie theater. If you’re lucky you will get to see one of the majestic freighters float by on the river as you stroll on the riverwalk! Our home comes fully furnished with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. We have a fully stocked kitchen as well as all pillows, towels, blankets, linens etc. There is a 50 inch flatscreen TV with cable and Internet. In the private wooded backyard, you will find a beautiful fire pit area as well as an outdoor dining area. Guests also have use of our garage while visiting. The first floor unit has been lovingly updated and outfitted to host up to 8 people when using the twin trundle bed and separate futon in the den area. (The private upper floor unit is only used occasionally by the owners and will not interfere with your enjoyment of the home.) Redberry House is fully stocked with linens, bath towels, and beach towels, as well as a well-stocked kitchen and two internet TVs (via Roku). Unfortunately, the unit does not have a dishwasher or washer/dryer. Air conditioning is provided via two window units, along with ceiling fans and oscillating tower fans, that are more than sufficient for keeping the space cool and comfortable!The Manistee area has so many interesting areas and activities to explore and is graced with beautiful landscapes that allow you to catch your breath, relax, and retreat. Renovated main floor living room is perfect for family gatherings and game nights. Our second floor has a full bath and loft perfect for large groups.
