"The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows felt a bit lumpy. The hotel is conveniently close to the falls. Parking cost $10, but my bank statement showed two $10 charges. When I asked the front desk, they insisted I was only charged once. I brought it up again at checkout, and they said one of the charges would be refunded, so I'm just waiting to see if that happens. There were only a few tissues left in the room, and when I asked the front desk for more, they said they'd make a note of it and someone would bring them up, but they never arrived, even by checkout. Breakfast was below average, and the floor was sticky."

"We had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! It’s less than a 30 minute walk to the border, but make sure you bring your passport and a few quarters for the bridge toll back to the USA, which is only $1.25.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service and were impressed with the quick delivery and beautiful presentation. The resort also offers several dining options, a full casino, a spa, and a pool, making it a well- rounded destination whether you’re there to relax or explore."

"We arrived a little bit early and our host was happy to check us in and offered us a room by the pool on a beautiful day. He also provided us with information on activities we could do in the area while we were visiting which was really helpful. The inn is well cared for and kept beautifully. The location was perfect for our needs."

"When you exit Buffalo Airport, there's a bus stop on the left. I think it's bus number 72, which takes you downtown for two dollars. Then, at the main bus station, you can transfer to a bus to Niagara Falls, which seems to be only two dollars per person, but the journey is quite long, about two hours. A ride-hailing service costs about $60-70, while a taxi costs around $100 and takes a little over half an hour. When the bus arrives, you'll see the hotel. It's nice, with spacious rooms, but the breakfast is average, with almost nothing to eat."

Other than that, the facilities were clean and the room was neat. The breakfast was also better than most restaurants.

RRuichateGreat value for money, just a 5-minute walk from the waterfall scenic area, and plenty of shops around the hotel. Although it's an older hotel with a design from over a decade ago, it's been recently renovated. Overall, it's pretty good; the bathroom fixtures are new, there's new carpeting, and no strange smells in the room. The bed is also comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient.

There is no need to come here specifically to see the waterfall. It is best to apply for a Canadian visa. The advantage of the hotel is that it has an indoor parking lot for 10 US dollars a night. NNicoleI came during the epidemic, so there is no cleaning service, but the hotel is very new, the corridor is very beautiful, there is a Starbucks on the first floor, but it is closed because of the epidemic. It is very close to the waterfall. It is a three-minute drive. The hotel has a free parking lot. Parking at the waterfall is $10 each. Haven't eaten the hotel breakfast. The room I stayed in was very large. It was a corner room with two large floor-to-ceiling windows. However, because the hotel is relatively short, there are only three or four floors with average views. The overall hygiene is quite good, that is, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or something is not disposable, it is the kind of three bottles filled with a lot of liquid.

It is important to be careful that the price doubles on weekends. Fortunately we met a group of young Chinese postdoctoral students and took our old couple to visit various attractions of the Great Falls...a wonderful experience

GGuest UserLocation: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe.
Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !!
Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself.
Cleanliness: Great Job !!
