This brilliant house is in a safe, residential neighborhood just blocks/walking distance from Downtown, Morehead State University Campus, Morehead Conference Center, UK-St. Claire Hospital, Cancer Center and Hospice Services with views of the rolling hills.Upon arrival, park in our driveway (which can accommodate three vehicles) and is immediately adjacent to the keyless side entry door.Entering into our vintage kitchen, modern amenities include dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric range and refrigerator. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed with half bath.
