Generally speaking, hotel prices in the Inverness area are just silly and inflated through pure greed!
HIE provides good rooms at a good price. The hotel is well located, breakfast is included and I would definitely stay again. Thanks to the friendly and helpful staff at check in and breakfast.

Close to UHI for campus visits. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice walk into city centre.

The hotel is a little far from all the POIs. But it next to a retail center with with many options for shopping/eating out. Choose this place only if you have a car

Holiday inn express Inverness never lets us down. We have been coming to this hotel for years. Great location to shops and restaurants. Great accommodation and fantastic breakfast.

Good hotel with everything you need from Tesco supermarket, petrol, restaurants and a shopping complex. Good 30 min stroll into town.
Bed comfortable, room comfortable and has most things you need. No fridge in room. Quiet rooms facing the back. Would stay again if visiting Inverness again.

The rooms at the Holiday Inn Express are all OK, the breakfast is good, and there is free parking. The location is a bit remote, east of the city of Inverness, and there are fewer restaurants around.
