Well kept and clean hotel. Worth the price. There is a retail park with restaurants and cinema near here. Recommended.

The staff were really great, Vicky on reception was really attentive, professional and friendly. I stayed in a premier plus room and was pleasantly surprised - really nice room, spacious and everything you need! The rooms seemed to be relatively new too.

Quick and easy check in, Separate buildings for rooms ,stayed in a standard room number 308 for four nights. typical Premier room clean and spacious, beds comfortable, you have to close the secondary glazing on a night time or you can hear the main road and trains, but when closed it was fine with no noise. Mainly business and work contractors using the hotel when we were there. Plenty of good selection both hot and cold, food in the hotel restaurant was nice and a good selection at a reasonable price. The only negative is that you have to ask at reception if you require your room cleaned. A fifteen to twenty straight road walk to Inverness town centre, train station and shops again 15 to twenty minutes walk away.

Although a bit of a walk from the rail station this hotel is set a little bit back from the main road nestled amongst big trees where owls can be heard at night! We had Premier Plus rooms set at the top floor of a little annex. Superb, clean rooms with decent shower and excellent lighting. Staff were very good, helpful and efficient. Would stay here again if in the area.

Staff were nice, room was cold and the heating did not work we were too tired to start complaining as we were only staying one night, lounge bar also felt quite cool. Room was large, bed was OK, shower was not very powerful.

Great friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable. Good deal for evening meal plus breakfast. Plus room facilities very practical & useful. Would have been happy just chilling in the room if we had an extra day.

There was no hot water when we arrived but we were assured a plumber would be called and the water would be hot in the morning. This was not the case and we had to have cold showers. We didn't get an explanation or an apology. We were also kept awake by noises above us, it sounded like furniture being moved- we hoped it was a plumber. There is no phone in the room to contact reception and we had to go outside across the car park to the main building.

So, I made a dramatic entrance (unplanned) by tripping over some paving on my way from the parking lot to the front door: … The staff immediately sprang into action… I was treated with empathy, supportive first aid treatment was given for said scrapes and bruises. (Above and beyond) The incident which was an accident was reported and, I had first class treatment: room upgraded, and breakfast in bed the next day. Overall, I am so impressed with cleanliness of hotel - and rooms… nothing was too much effort and definitely value for money. Situated on bus route that is constantly available! Will definitely 💯 recommend… even if you don’t fall through the front entrance!
