The hotel is very new, the rooms are large, and the two large suitcases are not blocked from walking. There is a coin-operated washing machine, which is very convenient. The traditional American breakfast is not bad. Sound insulation may not be very good, but basic wood has too much impact.

Don't ask for any service at the motel. Everything is self-service, there is no breakfast, and the health is better. Thank you very much. The point of rest on the way, in general, not extravagant. Go to Whitney Peak and drive to 12 miles. There is a Chinese meal for the rice people nearby.

Sandra, the team member covering the front desk assisted us with check in. She was excellent and a five star employee. We came in from a few days backpacking and the outside temperature was over 100 degrees. We came into the lobby with the hope of being able to have a room available as soon as we could check in, being a Wyndham Diamond member we were also hopeful to secure an early check in. Sandra went above and beyond to find two clean rooms ready for check in. She really looked out for us and we could not have been more appreciative of her efforts! I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because one feature that drew us was the promise of a pool and the pool was closed, I only wish it would have been noted at time of booking since it seems to have been closed for some time. Additionally, parking is a bit of a challenge since the parking lot seems to fill quickly. I will note this is a budget hotel and the amenities are consistent with that. It’s clean and simple but don’t expect anything better. All in all though, exactly what one would expect from a budget hotel but with the added bonus of excellent customer service.

Must be fully praised, the location is on the 395 highway, very easy to find, there is a great Chinese restaurant next door to stop the car, 18 pieces of the package to eat the 俺娘 tears, I eat next to the Texas flavor, bricket beef Special stick. The hotel staff is very warm and friendly, the breakfast is also very rich, the price is very reasonable, highly recommended. In the morning, when I pushed the door, I saw the golden snow-capped mountains in the morning sun. It was still very shocking.

Staying here numerous times, it is getting better and better. This was probably the best I've seen and experienced at this property. Though all visits and stays are fine and good, this was particularly excellent. The cleanliness of the rooms upon entering, all amenities were in perfect place, the breakfast area was in excellent condition and super clean. I never used or went by the front desk as I used the app for check in, digital key, and check out. It worked perfect. The 2 wonderful staff members tending to the breakfast area were GREAT!! Hard workers who keep the food well stocked and the area super clean! The best stay I've ever had at Hampton Inn Ridgecrest!

Because there are only four hotels in Guli, Ctrip only found two, so the price is very high and all depends on grabbing. There is only one signal tower in the entire valley, so only hotels have wifi signals. The overall stay was very good, and the dinner in the restaurant was amazing. The swimming pool is the most shocking. It’s very pleasant to swim and watch the stars.

You won’t disappointed to staying at this hotel if you’re trying to have some fun to mammoth lakes great choice staying at this place.
GGuest UserI loved everything about this place except for the staff. In 15 years of staying at hostels all over the world, I have never felt less welcomed by staff members as I was from Ant (short for Anthony). From the moment I arrived he was inexplicably rude to me and my group, reluctantly answering questions and rushing through the protocol for how the house runs. When we informed him that our toilet was leaking water onto the bathroom floor, he told us he was aware of the problem but offered no solution. After a full day of hostility towards us, I overheard him complaining to the other staff members in the kitchen about how much he hates hikers and how he can't wait for the hiker season to be over so they'll stop coming. Being a hiker, I finally realized why he had decided to make our stay as uncomfortable as possible. While he did complain loudly every time a new guest arrived to check in, he was noticeably nicer to anyone who appeared to have money or was an attractive female. As previously stated, everything about this location is excellent. I hope that the owner reads this and seriously considers a change in staffing - the current crew is severely bringing down the potential for this place to be the best lodging option in Bishop for adventurers.
GGuest UserGreat hotel, safe, clean. Staff very professional, friendly and helpful. Great value, centrally located, parking available, ice machine available. Close to restaurants, park, grocery store, gas station.
XXINRUIGood breakfast, not many people, free parking. No laundry service, you need to go to the nearby laundry to wash clothes, but it is also very convenient.
JjoegaberI have never written a review even for places that seriously disappointed. I'm making an exception for this place. To make a long story short, the manager and a buddy of his were violently aggressive when I arrived at midnight and tried to check in after the reservationist promised a late check in would be no problem. When I arrived, there was an open window with a buzzer, I pushed it and heard it ring. No one answered. I then called the reservation number and told them of the situation. They escalated the call to a supervisor who then put me on hold to contact the motel manager. While on hold, I noticed the room next to the office, which I presumed was the manager's quarters had lights on and I could see through the blinds that there were a couple of people inside. I could hear them speaking loudly. While on hold for over 20 minutes, I then knocked on the manager's door in hopes they could speak with him to check me in. When the manager opened the door, he immediately begain yelling ”why are you here? why are you here?” and then pointing to a sign (I did not see) that said the office closed at 10:00. Both the manager and his friend were clearly intoxicated as, I saw a numerous Corona beer bottles on the table inside the manager's quarters when he opened the door. He immediately became angry and ordered me off the property despite having a reservation. I immediately got into my vehicle when he slammed his fist into my window and then on my side mirror still screaming at me to leave, which I did immediately. Even after crossing the 4 lane highway and parking so I could see if there was another motel open, he and his friend crossed over to the other side and starting coming towards me. I immediately left. Several days later, after returning home, I get a call from a Bishop police officer investigating the manager's claim that I tried to run over him when trying to back off the motel's property. The officer had video from the motel of the incident and, I was told after answering his questions, that my version of what happened matched what he saw in the video. Additionally, the Motel 6 manager neglected to tell the officer that he and his friend left the property, crossed the highway, and tried to engage with me again. The conclusion being that the officer later called me back and he said that after looking at the video again and hearing my version, he would not be forwarding the investigation to the DA. To think that this motel is run by two, presumably drunk and violent people is unimaginable. I am 66yo and 5'6”, 150lbs. The manager was at least 6'2”, 250lbs and no more than 45yo and his friend was similar sized, except skinnier. To say the least, I felt that my safety was in extreme danger. These two violent, presumably intoxicated individuals threatened me (their own video documented the entire situation) and there's nothing I can do about it except tell you of my experience. I have been a loyal Motel 6 cus
GGuest UserThis is not your same old, same old place to stay. Whilst you are not in the Death Valley National Park you not that far away in a very unique place. To understand that you need to do the full tour of the place. We were staying in the Red Skelton room, yes, where he used to stay and it is decorated to match. I won't say any more, so you will have to stay and find out for yourself. But don't expect to find a five star hotel.
CCHENFANConvenient accommodation, check in good service, with microwave in the house, small refrigerator, free outdoor pool, chargeable laundry, very simple breakfast
