The room was comfortable but we could hear the noise from the people walking in the corridor. Our room was labelled lake view which may be true in winter where trees do not have leaves but not in summer. There is a parking in the hotel. The reception is only open until 4pm, so we had to call to get the pin to check in and access our room.

This is a great boutique hotel in a quiet location near many restaurants around the lake. The rooms are modern and clean and a basic breakfast is included. Can recommend this hotel for good value in a relaxed and central location to most areas of interest.

The hotel has been great with an amazing view over the lake. It's very close to the city center, like 10 minutes of walking. The staff has been extremely friendly and the breakfast really good. You will definitely not regret choosing this hotel

The room was big and clean, and the bed was the best ever. the staff was very polite. The view from the terrace was great. It has free parking and the location that the hotela is in , is very convinient. The town centre is very close , although you need car to go to.

Nice view but not so clean especially the sheets and the duvet. The duvet was stained and I mentioned it to reception and they said they changed it but it was still not clean. The receptionist is nice and helpful!! There should be a 24 hour front desk for 3 stars.

The description "lake view" was just misleading. You had to go out to the balcony and go to a corner to see the lake from very low. The mattress was almost like falling on stones. Bathroom needs renovation because of that. he has a picture. The breakfast is quite unacceptable. Terribly small and even the little he had when we went to eat at 10:15 (11 closes in the morning) he told us that the only thing he could fill was the slices of cheese. First time I go to hotel that almost never refills the (let's say) buffet. On the day we arrived (the reception was already closed as it is until 4) a pipeline in the city has broken and several parts of the city had no water, despite this no one informed us about this, we found out the next morning. Under no circumstances would I recommend it anywhere!! Far away for a better experience in Ioannina.

We booked the executive room for a family of 4. A disappointment. the sheets were dirty, when we mentioned it with apathy they said they would change them, one duvet was very small, the first night we froze. one mattress is damaged, they told us that they would they turn the damaged mattress upside down. the radiator in the bathroom is old and rusty, the pigal is broken. when we bathed in the shower, the water came out of the bathroom door and reached the door of the room. There is no wardrobe, nor additional linens in case of need. We paid for an executive room and only executive is not. There is no reception after 4, the breakfast is poor and of low quality and if you go down after 9:30 you will only find the signs with the description of the products, the coffee mugs are broken, cracked , we mentioned it but they did not change them. There was a long-hour water outage in Ioannina and the hotel was not interested in informing the tenants about how to handle the specific incident.

Fridge really took a long time to cool things down. There were no glasses in the room. Reception closed at 4pm so no way of getting things sorted.
Apart from these points, a very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast.
