Was a lovely experience to stay in Ipswich, staff was lovely at holiday inn and was a lovely atmosphere and environment for me and my children for our weekend away so thank you so much for the lovely experience 😊 

Nice hotel,clean and decent food available.very comfortable,kingsize.

All good! There is no air conditioning in the room, and there are problems with the design and ventilation of the bathroom. The room is large, there is a free parking lot, and there are major supermarkets, restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

I am not often writing reviews, but this hotel deserves my time, and especially the front desk lady, I think her name was Esther, she was like a God sent when we came to Ipswich with no plans to stay, and we where tired and really needed somewhere to stay. We booked 30 minutes before arrival, and the front desk lady met us with such a nice and welcoming attitude that we did decide to stay an extra night because the first impression was so good because of her! The hotel is clean, and have everything your need. The service is supreme! Way more than I have seen in other three start hotels before. I can highly recommend this hotel!

A great stay visiting Capcon3 at nearby Trinity Park. Hotel immaculate, breakfast was awesome. Evening meals would've been better if more food ordered as lacking a lot of basic food stuffs, pizza, garlic bread, etc. Sian is a credit to your hotel, made our evening all the more fun. Give her the biggest rise possible.

Excellent staff make a stay OK & this IHG Holiday Inn has plenty. Good breakfasts to set us up for the day & a well priced bar (food & drink) make a busy schedule achievable comfortably.  We’ve stayed twice & will be staying again later this year.
