El hotel no es 4 estrella las toallas eran viejas muy gastadas y el desayuno era con muy pocas variedades de cosas y no había nada para celiacos el estacionamiento es solo para 4 autos pero lo bueno era la ubicación y el personal que era atento y la cama muy cómoda

Very clean hotel, very good location. Unfortunately, the room is not very functional, the shower area should be improved since the water runs out, wetting the bathroom. I did not find the dining area pleasant, since there were no curtains and the television was set to a high volume, it was annoying. The noise of machinery in one part of the building was unbearable at times.

Very noisy, I had a room next to a bar-cafeteria... it was impossible to sleep until after 01:00 am. Terrible considering it's a work trip, and they made no effort to change the room.

Muy bueno el recibimiento, la habitacion muy espaciosa y moderna decoración, la limpieza perfecta , la vista al maravillosa, desayuno muy rico y variado , se puede usar la piscina ( con aforo) , y su gran terraza para los que fumamos ,en general es un hotel muy tranquilo y todos muy amables en su trato, además la ubicación cercana a restaurantes de comida gourmet , pizzas y la playa cavancha a 4 min caminando , hace de este hotel , una de las mejores opciones en iquique , felicidades y por supuesto que volveremos . Altamente recomendable

No es malo pero,sólo le daría 3 estrellas. La suite presidencial no es lo que esperaba. Falta privacidad en la ducha. En el desayuno, los dos días, los huevos estaban fríos, y era temprano.Las damas del mesón de ingreso son amables y corteses. Los dos pisos superiores deberían estar habilitados para fumadores

Lo bueno es la atención y la disposición del personal, desayuno regular. Lo mejor la ubicación, cerca de la playa y varios restaurantes de buena calidad. Lo peor (muy malo) es que tiene un restaurante, parte del mismo hotel, en el primer piso que pone música muy fuerte hasta las 2:00 AM el fin de semana y hasta las 24:00 en la semana y que desde la habitación se escucha todo, no se podía descansar hasta que cerraban el local. Para peor la aislación es mala, incluso se escucha todo el movimiento en los pasillos y ruidos de habitaciones contiguas.
