Service was bad. We only stayed two nights and our last night there was a super loud knocking in the wall. I told the girl at reception and she never sent anyone. We didn’t sleep all night. I told reception in the morning and they just said they were sorry. Terrible. Stay somewhere else. Will be advising friends to stay away from all NH hotels.

Lo único a mejorar es el baño ya que la ducha se demoraba mucho en calentar y la ducha era difícil de centrar.

Excelente sorpresa, muy buena atención y el servicio del todo el personal, el desayuno es excelente muy variado. La ubicación es la mejor de la plaza, supermercado, farmacia, para mi próxima destino espero que existe un hotel de esta cadena. Lo único malo será la cama suplementario ya que no tiene habitaciones para 3 personas. Pero eso no quita que es un excelente hotel

Es un excelente hotel para negocios, para familia y para parejas, tiene una excelente terraza. Los servicios de restaurante, desayuno y bebidas es muy bueno, el personal es muy amable y gentil, se agradece.

Hotel moderno, cómodo y tranquilo. A pesar de estar ubicado en un sector con mucha movilización, las habitaciones son silenciosas y permiten descansar, además tiene buen estacionamiento y un buen restaurant

Reservamos 18 habitaciones para un grupo de 36 personas y nos confirmaron la reserva. Al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que habían cometido un error y no tenían las habitaciones disponibles porque las habían reservado para una empresa minera. Nos generaron un problema tremendo. No conseguimos habitaciones para esa noche en la ciudad y tuvimos que manejar 300 km ese mismo día para conseguir habitaciones en otra ciudad. Parece broma pero así fue.
