Hotel Diego de Almagro Iquique

I was in my room with the ingress of a stranger while I was preparing to sleep. The person who was in charge at the night in the lobby, made a mistake and gave a card entitled to my piece to another passenger who came in. No one approached me after the fact to confirm if I was okay. I was closed in the bathroom shouting for help, no one came. Even when the passenger who made the ingress returned to the lobby to tell him what happened (without me know anything even because he was closed thinking there was a criminal in my piece), The room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very
Hilton Garden Inn Iquique

While the location is good and the staff are friendly, there were too many issues to give them a better rating or to recommend this hotel. First, we checked in and got to our room and had no wifi. After 90 minutes of the “technician” playing with his and our phones, it was decided there was a technical problem and the WiFi worked every where except inside the room…it even worked in the hall outside our door! When we were relocated, no assistance was offered. Maid service was not good. Each day we had to call for items that should have been there (e.g., toilet paper, towels, etc.). Breakfast was ok, but the food in the restaurant for dinner was awful. There really must be something better.
Holiday Inn Express Iquique

Very satisfied with a stay experience, it can be said that the 26-day Chile trip has the best service: The front desk told me that I can eat at the restaurant listed on the hotel's QR code with the room card. The meal fee can be counted into my membership card and points (of course not Trip.com card). It is very convenient to practice. After eating steak, the restaurant does not need me to sign and turn around to leave. The trust between each other is full! The hotel's free breakfast is very rich! I gave me the highest floor room with corner glass windows, and the sea view was unobstructed! Too satisfied, stayed for another day
NH Iquique Costa

With a waterfront location somewhat secluded from central Iquique, stays at this property are quiet and relaxing. The a**osphere inside is dated, but I observed cleanliness throughout the building. The staff at reception and the restaurant (open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (breakfast available free with certain room rates)) were professional and friendly, perhaps not the American-style outgoing type but still kind and helpful. I was able to pay a reasonable fee to upgrade to a room facing the water, which I was very content about; my king room was clean, spacious, and super quiet. Renovations would be the next step to making the rooms even better, though. I would return to the NH Costa if I’m in Iquique again! And for my very first experience in an NH hotel, my interest in the brand is piqued!
