這家旅館有嚴重訛詐勒索外國遊客尤其是中國住客的行為！！！我們8月2日辦理入住手續的時候這旅館就要求我們補交價值50元人民幣的小童加床費但實際並沒給我們的房間加床，然後旅館自己裝修浴室的時候不做地漏防水措施，洗澡水濺到浴室地板滲漏下去了女老闆還張口就想訛詐我們5000盧布（=420元人民幣）維修費，並且在我們8月6日中午離店辦理退房手續的時候威脅我們説如果不交他們要求的5000元盧布就立刻打電話喊警察過來處理糾紛。好在攜程客服小奈售後處理非常及時和令人滿意，接到我們對該酒店敲詐勒索行為的投訴以後第一時間反饋給攜程公司並且很快就把我們被酒店訛詐的2000盧布小童加床費和所謂5000盧布浴室地板維修費摺合成人民幣補償給我們了，手工點贊攜程售後服務和客服小姐姐小奈！！在此提醒中國住客千萬不要輕易住宿這家旅館！就是一家俄版**陷阱小酒店！！！

房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，床墊軟，衞生間乾淨，唯一的缺點是臨街，電車經過時噪音大，震動，但11點後電車停止了，沒噪音樂趣，優點是距離130街區近，三分鐘到了。

想像不到完全俄式的小酒店，驚喜。非常乾淨。前台非常有耐心和禮貌，（雖然我們都是雞和鴨）。窗口對着馬路，有電車行駛過時的轟轟聲，但我們非常享受。我們退房那天是早上7點走，還貼心的幫我們准備三文治，餅，果汁和即溶咖啡包。剛好可以在火車上享用（原來火車上沒有食物買）。房價真心的良心，贊。

地理位置非常好，就在列寧大街旁邊，離安加拉河步行也就2公里。衞生乾淨，酒店服務也不錯，該有的設施也都有。唯一的缺點是房間窗口靠馬路，而且是有軌電車的馬路，晚上11點前有軌電車經過時，整個房間會震動外加劇烈聲響，喜歡早睡的朋友請謹慎選擇。

非常乾淨 地理位置也很好。早餐我吃三天都不一樣的餐點。櫃檯人員很親切。凌晨去機場還幫忙叫車。前一天也幫忙準備三明治。非常推薦！！
