Plus The location of the hotel Breakfast was very nice and plentiful Minus The decor of the rooms looked dated relative to the photographs we had seen when making the booking Reception could have been more welcoming when we turned up to book in

Very pleasant hotel with excellent, friendly, staff. Very clean hotel and excellent value for money. Rooms 219 & 221. The breakfast selection and quality was very good. Great location with cafe's and restaurants close by and a good shopping centre next door. Nice balcony, with ashtray, good option if you are a smoker Totally recommend the Alcázar Hotel.

Muy limpio. Habitación amplia, por lo menos la suite. La cama, súper cómoda y bastante grande El baño, en estética muy antiguo , pero cumple su función Aparcamiento gratuito dentro del recinto, al aire libre Cargador electrico de pago al principio del parking

We were allocated room 127 which was close to the open atrium leading to reception and above the hotel's restaurant. We could hear the dull thud of techno music from our room which is not what we paid for. I went to reception to ask when it would cease and I was advised that it would "be soon". At 10:00 pm, I wnt back to reception to say that I could still hear the music and was advised that it had been turned down but I advised the receptionist that I could still hear it from my room. The receptionist allocated me a different room away from the noise. I did not need to move my luggage until I left the hotel the next day. So although my initial experience was not good, the hotel did their best to rectify the issue as best they could. So, I have awarded them 5 stars because the outcome was very satisfactory.

Pero imposible...no nos hicieron la habitación , lo comunicamos a recepción y ni se disculparon...te cobran un servicio que no te dan ...nos tuvimos que secar con toallas de lavabo.El personal en general muy antipatico.

Hôtel proche du centre ville à pied. Accueil agréable. Parking gratuit mais vite rempli. Hôtel un peu vieillot mais charmant, nous avons eu une chambre très grande avec un grand lit. Très bonne literie, grand placard avec rangements. Hôtel plutôt calme. Salle de bain pas très moderne mais fonctionnelle. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Hacía tres años que no volvía y entonces ya estaba pidiendo reformas urgentes. Habitación individual y muy pequeña, con una cama de 150, (en la que nos alojaron a 2 personas) y pagamos 109 euros por noche sin desayuno. Sin espacio para sentarse y poner maletas. La puerta del baño pegada a la cabecera de la cama, lavabo e inodoro, así como el resto del mobiliario en estado muy deficiente Lo único bueno por poner algo, es que está en el centro de Irún y tiene parking

The exterior of the hotel is somewhat reminiscent of some well-kept private hospital or a well-kept nursing home for the elderly. The location is very good. The room is very comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable.

Les chambres sont très spatieuses et bien équipées avec une très bonne litterie . De plus les étages sont accessibles par ascenseur . Situé à l'écart du centre de la ville cet établissement est très calme
