I love this place, excellent service I would love to go back soon

the hotel provided free airport shuttle service, which is good for me, and they picked me up in ＜20 mins after i called them. room is clean, although the facilities are old.

The receptionist was cordial . And the breakfast buffet was great !!! Overall I was impressed with the quality of the service.

I stayed there for one night and was super impressed with the property and my room. This hotel has been renovated and is very very nice for the price. The restaurant for dinner was decent wish there were a little more options! Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were awesome! Will definitely stay here again!

It was convenient and mostly clean (bathtub not well cleaned). Signs of remodel, possibly still in progress, evident. Staff was friendly. Sunday night restaurant fare was not so good - risotto was drenched with butter - BUT breakfast buffet was very good. It was quiet and smoke free ( ).

There are no dining facilities and no room service. Very inconvenient.

The room windows all look out onto a central atrium with indoor pool. This means that noise from the pool and lobby area echoes up into all the rooms, sometimes into the wee hours of the morning.

I was there for the Eclipse in Texas and the staff service was terrible, the lady at the front desk literally told us “why are you coming here just to see the Eclipse?”… checkout is too early at 11 am and they refused to help us with our luggage in storage
