Em menos de 24 horas roubaram todo o dinheiro que tínhamos no apartamento e ainda trataram mal a cadela que estava no apartamento. Fizemos reclamação na recepção e queixa na polícia e exigimos ficar na posse da segunda chave. Não houve por parte dos responsáveis nenhuma ajuda na solução do problema, nem assumiram nenhuma responsabilidade. Existe neste local uma enorme falha de segurança, qualquer funcionário tem acesso á segunda chave e por isso qualquer um pode entrar no apartamento quando quiser, mesmo sem motivo justificável. O pior alojamento onde já fiquei em 18 anos que faço férias.

Finally, they offer us cancellation without charge until 8:00 p.m. that same day, just the day before traveling, when we no longer have time to reschedule our break. We have paid for a stay on the beachfront and they have given us second line and also at a greater distance (350 m) than published (200 m.). Well... well. The sheets were all but all dirty. When I looked at it it was 11pm. I had to order more. They told me yes but that I would put them on. Okay... 30 minutes later they bring me a bag full of sheets and tell me: some of them inside will be good. How nice..... and the truth is that in 4 or 5, one was more or less... the ceramic hob was not good. I asked if the pool was going to be open and they said yes. But in the end no. They suggested that I take a 6-minute drive to go to the pool, I didn't accept it. Then they will give me a call from some apartments next door. It wasn't quite a solution. If I asked for a pool I didn't want to go to another complex. I wanted to be able to go up to my apartment in 3 minutes if I felt like it... In the end, they just told me: I'm sorry. Well well. Sorry, I won't be back, I won't recommend anyone.

Apartments with a lack of cleaning, broken furniture that you notify and they don't even call to fix it. Scarce cleaning kit, so if you want it to be clean you must buy products. How do you arrive before 5:00 p.m., 20 euros more.

The sheets on the bed were 90 for a 1.20 or 1.30 bed, quite dirty and one of the two elevators that it has was not working, we were notified but they made a great pass, we left and it was still the same..... toilet paper two rolls for three people for a week, we had to purchase cleaning products to make it look a little decent. Very friendly staff treatment while you pay....afterwards not a damn thing...for problems they refer you to the community...you should let them know. Fatal... there are hundreds of cheaper and quality apartments... we will never return. Now the management will respond with a......we are sorry that we have not met your expectations.
