Beloved Playa Mujeres - Couples Only All Inclusive

This is our second time at Beloved—we came for our honeymoon and loved it so much that we returned for our first Anniversary—and I am so impressed that our return trip was even BETTER than our first trip! The staff is truly incomparable. Ismael and Sergio were the best waiters we had. They were so personable, polite, and went above and beyond for us. Sergio was our waiter for our romantic dinner, and he made the entire experience so special. Ismael got to know us each morning. He brought us Cafe de Olla and churros each morning just because! Ambar went above and beyond to celebrate our Anniversary. She made us beautiful happy Anniversary bookmarks, got us special food that she knew I loved, and even arranged for a special tiramisu to be sent up to our room. She took the time to get to know us and made us feel so special. Sebastian, Claudia, and Denisse at the Beach Concierge were absolutely wonderful. We loved talking to Sebastian and Claudia every morning, and Denisse always had a smile on her face. They made our day every morning! Christian, Brandon, and Paola were so awesome to us during our stay. They checked in on us every day, made sure everything was amazing, and would do anything to make our stay better. Their attention to detail is impeccable. They are active in their efforts to make sure every guest has an amazing experience, as you can often see them walking around the resort property, checking on guests and making sure everything is running smoothly. The food everywhere was absolutely amazing. We kept saying “this is the best thing I’ve ever eaten”. La Isla, Lupita, and El Mar were our favorite restaurants. Guadalupe’s creations at Bocadito were amazing. We looked forward to going there every day to eat amazing tacos! Christina at Caffeto was amazing. Her beautiful smile and sweet and bubbly attitude made our day every time we went there, which was multiple times a day because of how amazing the pastries, ice cream, and coffee are! We loved her and were so excited for 7 a.m. every morning to roll around for Caffeto to open to get our caffeine fix!! We are so thankful for all of the amazing staff members who go above and beyond to exceed their guests’ expectations. We loved this trip so much that we booked another trip for next year while still on property. It feels more like family here, and I cannot wait to come back and see my Beloved family! Thank you for all you do!

Absolutely amazing experience. From the time you walk through the front door till you check out the service is amazing. The facilities are clean, the food was great. Guadalupe in the taco truck is outstanding, we had lunch there every day and it never disappoints

We absolutely love the Beloved Playa Mujeres. This is our 3rd trip in 4 years and we will continue to come back. The service is unmatched and the resort is so beautiful. I want to especially shout out Guadalupe at the taco truck. He was so kind to us all week and made the most amazing tacos. He has fantastic work ethic and got along really well with all the guests. We hope to see him again in the future (unless he starts his own taco restaurant). Overall the Beloved is our favorite place to vacation in Mexico and we will be back as soon as we can!

The wife and I just returned from our eighth trip to Beloved and once again it was absolutely amazing. Although it rained most of the time we were there, the staff did a great job of keeping our minds off the rainy weather. While we were waiting for our room, we had lunch at the Taco Truck. If you are unsure what to order, Lupe will make sure you get a combination of tacos that are out of this world. Mex, the bellboy, is very pleasant to talk with and explained everything in detail about the room. Our room was great. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean and with ample fresh towels. The beach concierge's, Claudia, Dennise and Sebastian, met us in the morning with a smile and a handful of towels for our beach chairs. They are very pleasant and willing to help with any issues you might have or just to chat with. You were never ignored by the Beach servers. We always sat in Luis's area since he is our favorite and also consider him a good friend. He is the greatest!! However, I can't forget about Antonio. He would stop and talk with us and ask if we needed anything. These guys looked out for each other and the guests outside of their designated areas. When we would stay at the pool, Elvis did a great job making frequent rounds for orders. You didn't have to wait long for Elvis. The bartenders at the Lobby Bar, Juan and Hugo, will make you any cocktail you ask for. If they are unsure, they will find it. Whenever we see the Bars Manager, Karla, she is always asking if everything is ok or if we need anything. We asked for a bottle of champagne and if we could get the bottle of Merlot in our room switched to a Cabernet. She recommended we try the Merlot and we were not disappointed. Oh yeah, and she got us the champagne. I can't forget Christian, the Customer Service Manager. We have known him since he was a Beach Concierge then the Head Butler. We went to EPM on our Anniversary to eat at Chez Isabelle, our favorite. He surprised us by calling ahead and having the table set for an Anniversary dinner. A total surprise. We asked the staff at the restaurant and they said a little birdie told them. We figured it had to be him. I'm sure I left someone out and if I did, I apologize. The place is so small and when you keep going back, it is almost like going home for a family reunion. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. We are already booked for next summer and maybe the summer after. Trust me, if you are looking for something small and quiet, you won't be disappointed.

Hotel is super peaceful, amazing staff and food is great. Outside of the hotel there is nothing for 40 minutes also the TC in the room faces the couch and you can’t see it from the bed which is a huge bummer if you want to cozy up and watch a movie etc

This boutique resort was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away and enjoy peaceful moments. It is a beautiful setting with extraordinary staff who go out of their way to make you comfortable, feel welcome and happy. They are so kind. While all were excellent, a few special stands outs were Guadalupe at the Taco Truck, Fernando on the beach service, Michel at the pool bar, Vivianne the masseuse, Nolberto at the lounge bar, Octavio for the hydrotherapy and Jaime at La Isla restaurant. They went out of their way and deserve special recognition and thanks. The only thing we did not like was the music trivia and electric violin at the main pool. While it only happened once, it was loud and seemed intrusive to what was meant to be peaceful and relaxing. We chose this resort to avoid those loud experiences that encouraged many to drink in excess, leaving one patron sick in the pool from doing so.

The staff is very attentive to their guests. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. We had a lovely stay here and will definitely be returning!!!

This place is absolutely amazing! Definitely coming back!

I hesitate giving my recommendation because I want beloved to remain a secret. In all honesty though, I could not recommend Beloved Playa Mujeres enough. From the moment we arrived to the second we left the entire experience was incredible. It's a perfect place for couples to enjoy a nice, quiet, getaway. The food, drinks, service, location, amenities, and most of all the people were superb.
