We checked into the Nomads (Mayan Monkey) as a couple in May and were "accidentally" charged twice for the room. According to the hotel, the money should be transferred back within 7 days. A month later, I'm still waiting, the operators haven't even informed me of the status, and all I've received in response is "sorry". Stay away from hotels like this. I've already given all the documents (screenshots from the chat, from my bank) to my lawyer, who is filing a lawsuit.

I had a great vacation at Mayan Monkey Isla Mujeres. Hostel is located beside the quiet beach and has a big garden with a pool and palm trees. The rooms are new, clean and spacious. The stuff was very kind and hardworking. Special thanks to Madelaine who showed me around the hostel and gave me all the additional recommendations for the island. Breakfast was also very delicious and served by a kind stuf. I will definitely return soon!

Un lugar muy bonito, las habitaciones bastantes lindas es un lindo lugar para hacer más amigos y conocer gente de diferentes lugares, me gusta el ambiente y sobre todo el paisaje increíble, definitivamente un lugar para volver con amigos y pasarla increíble.

Hermoso lugar para ir en pareja, dónde se puede relajar y también divertirse en la noche, la gente muy buena onda, tanto como el staff y hasta los mismos huéspedes. La habitación privada muy linda y cómoda, la comida también muy buena. Super recomendable!!!!
