Definitely replace it often. The toiletries are all branded, not random brands, and they are quite good. The Hotel is Majestic, the traditional ambience and the design was very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfy with complimentary drinks like soft drinks. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of local dishes. Overall, we were glad to have booked Serena Hotel for our first time in Islamabad.

Similar to domestic apartments, business suites are about 80 square meters, with 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, master bathroom and public bathroom (no shower). However, there is a bedroom that is a servant's or driver's room, which is very small and only depends on the equipment room, so the noise is relatively loud. The main thing here is convenience, there are dining and shopping downstairs. Sanitation and facilities are at the domestic three-star level.

The rooftop buffet is to die for. Steak, barbecue, scrumptious deserts and excellent curry and salad choices. The housekeeping staff is exceptional helpful and attentive. The executive lounge has free high tea for executive suites which has sandwiches and fruit chaat that are delicious and cardamom tea and lattes served for free all day.
