The service was excellent! I had a cold and they arranged to help me buy cold medicine. Since the flight time was not suitable and I didn’t want to go to the airport too early, they gave me a free four-hour extension to let me rest. The small garden outside was very comfortable and the air was very good!

Tenía la habitación reservada y se la otorgaron a otra persona. No respetaron mi reserva. Estuvimos una hora hablando y llamaron al gestor pero sin remedio. Tuve que llamar a Hoteles.com para que me dieran una solución.

The concierge at the hotel was very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and the housekeeping was always on it. Thank you for making our stay easy. There's a lovely garden to sit in with umbrellas for shade if the sun is out. Loads of different type of birds can be seen from the window. The hotel is close Islamabad's main attractions and also to F10 & F7 which can be regarded are the foodie areas.

Cooperative staff, In-house food is good.
A room mini fridge should be a good addition to room amenities.

We used to stay at this hotel a few years ago and loved it. However, we were shocked at how the standards have dropped. The rooms are in disrepair with cracked paint and mould. The bathrooms are awful and not clean. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. The worst thing was the fact that we left the hotel with bed bugs infesting our suitcases which the hotel denied. I don’t think we will ever stay here again not comfortable stay at all

This a medium range guest house for budgeted travellers who are looking for a cozy place to stay in the capital, the rooms are neat & clean, some of the rooms are better than the others. One can get complimentary breakfast with other choices in food
