The hotel has a good location, very close to the attraction Faisal Mosque, and there is a famous shopping mall Centaur nearby (Picture 1). In Picture 2 fast food, you can understand the price of the Centaur Mall in Islamabad, which is 1:28. Not satisfied with the hotel, 600 yuan is only equivalent to the domestic service quality and level of 300 yuan. But this is not the problem of this hotel, but that the country of Pakistan is too poor and backward, and the overall standard in all aspects is poor. Pakistan’s hotels are not like Vietnam and Cambodia. Many scenic spots are well managed by foreign investment. Pakistan does not have a tourism industry, so hotels are managed by locals, and the standard is not high. Ugh! If it weren't for the epidemic that you couldn't return to the country, who would come to this horrible place in Pakistan?

Comparing to the domestic level of 250 to 300, there is no lobby on the side of the road. Fortunately, the rooms are clean and not far from the surrounding attractions and business districts. The overall hotel level in Pakistan is relatively poor. I stayed for 40 days and changed 6 hotels, from Islamabad to Lahore to Multan. The basic judgment method is to correspond to the level of domestic hotel room rates divided by 2.

The overall feeling is not bad

The interior of the room is very poor, smelly, and the area is very small. I was bitten by a bug while sleeping at night, and a bag the size of a baby's fist was raised, which was painful and itchy. And then decided to move away

The hotel is too old

Best hotel in Islamabad, no doubt staff are very professional, very nice ambiance, very reasonable rates. 100% recommended to stay in crown plaza hotel. Nice view and food is also delicious. Neat and clean rooms.

It was ok but there were roaches in the room. They sprayed some kind of chemical, very strong smell. We had to keep the window open for almost 4 - 5 hours

Disgustingly arrogant attitude of hotel staff, from Check-In to Check-Out. No concept of customer service in this hotel. At Check-In was told with a haughty and arrogant pride that they are not an international standard hotel, but a Pakistani standard! OVERCHARGED at CHECKIN – WHTCH OUR FOR THE SCAM TECHNIQUE OF DOUBLE CHARGING. The accommodation overall is shabby, worn and old, requiring a massive programme of maintenance and upgrading. No pride in the cleanliness, neatness and just basic quality of fittings, fixtures or amenities. This hotel's staff think its enough to bow at you and salute you to achieve customer service! First room given to us was DISGUSTING. Not cleaned correctly, hair all over the bathroom, and a blocked shower drain. Asked that they change our room and re-clean it in front of our eyes. The second room was worse - cracked glass in the bathroom door with sharp edges, electric lamps that were not wired correctly and you could see the sparks when switching it on or off. Room heating worked then didn't work - the engineer was called multiple times but could not fix the problem. Not a single tea bag nor a kettle in sight. Bathroom was just OK with rotten and broken mirror frame, sharp edges and a very very worn condition. A generally dirty and grimy floor. Breakfast was very basic and poor quality, entirely unappetising - and included the obligatory Pakistani habit of cleaning staff mopping the floor around your feet as you are serving yourself!
