Brilliant hotel. Friendly staff, efficient service, great cleanliness and very secure. Having booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and all three not having any issues is rare. Top marks and fully recommended.

Staff was kind, one helped me book a taxi, the next day a different person said I need to book it myself. location has nothing around it, like a high way. only food inside. security is really strong. rooms were forgettable.

The environment around the hotel is very secluded and quiet. The environment of the hotel's executive lounge is also good. You can rest in it until 7 o'clock in the evening. The experience of tidying up and checking in is still good.

The hotel service is very good and the price is very good. When I stayed at the hotel, it happened to be my birthday. The hotel specially prepared a birthday cake. If I hadn’t seen the surprise given by the hotel, I would have forgotten that it was my birthday. I was very touched, especially for us who have been traveling abroad for a long time. Thank you so much 🙏

It's a pity that I couldn't go due to some reasons. It was not a very good experience.

Breakfast was amazing ,eggs made to order very nice people at breakfast bar very hard working . First at the door person name Waheed welcome us was very nice the we met Saeed ur Rehman at Executive lounge was nice smiling face and last but the least Mr. Jamshaid Gill At Jim & Spa really impress us.

Booked my hotel and received confirmation email but was refused room on arrival late evening Kept changing their reasons Initially told that my host cancels it Then claimed that I did not answer their phone for the information as ‘ I was in travel ‘ When confronted them with my phone data that no call was made to me from hotel , they suddenly turned nasty and said they have right to cancel any reservation . This was the most appalling treatment I had ever seen . Very unprofessional and dangerously untruthful . Will never stay in any best western hotel and not recommend to anyone

This was my second visit.I had better experience of the place this time than my previous visit.Ms Amna ,from the front desk was very helpful and courteous as always and facilitated me sorting out room issue.I am really thankful to her for that.Keep it up.🙂 Mr Rehan,the new chief manager from Karachi ,also deserves special appreciation for bringing in pleasant changes in menu and ambiance of the eating place.Now you can enjoy the barbeque in the backyard lawn along with sports matches on big screen.Keep it up.🙂I hope the swimming pool issues will be sorted out and I will better experience of it next time.Good 🤞

I stayed at this hotel during my travels in Pakistan. bad choice from me! I was given a room with a massive gap in the toilet shower room so person standing outside the shower room can see inside - no privacy. I asked reception to change my room which they did but asked me to hand over my door key on the spot to get another door key which i found very strange as i still had all of my family and luggage in the room. when moving rooms, I forgot my Fossil watch in the room which was never returned to me. I have made several enquires about it but still no proper response. Someone must be enjoying wearing that watch now :-( . Also i specifically chose this hotel due to its outside pool so my 8 year old son can enjoy a splash, however when i went to use the pool was told that pool needed maintenance and to use it at my own risk. the pool was really bad with green water. overall a really bad experience. wont be staying at this hotel again.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable and clean and tidy. The breakfast was much better than expected and special thanks to saiem for his hospitality and the housekeeping team for cleaning up the room really well and leaving us a towel art with a peronal hand written note for us.
