First time ever I was totally impressed with the level of service received which changed my perception not only about the country , moreover about the city itself. I’ll definitely come back to Islamabad and when I do, I’ll only stay at the Marriott Hotel as everyone there will make you feel at home

Of course I had to take a shower immediately after returning to the hotel. The room was fully equipped with disposable items. The bedding has been tested with UV light and is quite clean. Definitely replace it often. The toiletries are all branded, not random brands, and they are quite good. The Hotel is Majestic, the traditional ambience and the design was very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfy with complimentary drinks like soft drinks. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of local dishes. Overall, we were glad to have booked Serena Hotel for our first time in Islamabad.

If you don't know where to live in Islamabad, first recommend the Chinese hotel. The proprietress is very nice and enthusiastic. The next day I want to go to Peshawar and help contact the chartered driver. The price is also very fair. The rooftop buffet is to die for. Steak, barbecue, scrumptious deserts and excellent curry and salad choices. The housekeeping staff is exceptional helpful and attentive. The executive lounge has free high tea for executive suites which has sandwiches and fruit chaat that are delicious and cardamom tea and lattes served for free all day.

Brilliant hotel. Friendly staff, efficient service, great cleanliness and very secure. Having booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and all three not having any issues is rare. Top marks and fully recommended.
