It was ok, hotel was cleanish, staff spilt drinks on floor when cleaning table and just left it. Rooms were made up each day but overall needed a bit of a scrub. Clean on surface but could see it needed more then a quick wipe. Main bar staff didn't seem to like the English and were quite rude (we were not only ones to say this) No entertainment during the day not even music played near the pool. Communication after stay is terrible. Our child left a blanket in the bedroom and despite emailing twice and phoning twice to enquire about it the emails were left unanswered and phone call resulted in a very abrupt if we find anything we phone you and hung up. It was 100% left in room so can only assume they threw it away and don't want to say.

Todo perfecto y la atención sobresaliente ,el tren del pasaje del terror mu bien conseguido, se pasa un rato muy divertido y un fin de semana de Halloween en familia espectacular, todo muy chulo y con un clima en esta zona envidiable. Para repetir

Pasamos un fin de semana de Halloween en familia espectacular. El Hotel estaba decorado de la fiesta y tenían hasta un tren del terror. La comida por la noche también era temática de Halloween. En definitiva, un lugar ideal para pasar el puente de noviembre rodeado de buena gente.

Maravilloso hotel, magníficas instalaciones y súper bonita la playa, muchas actividades para los niños y el personal increíblemente amable y profesional. Repetiré en 2025 en alguna fecha seguro. Incluso hubo al final de la estancia con cohetes incluidos. Hasta siempre!

Fin de semana celebramos Halloween 🎃 Como siempre una maravilla,donde la atención del personal de Recepción (Ana,María del Mar,Begoña,Alba,Nico...) y el personal de Restaurante Juan,Óscar,Isra,Maite y un largo etc) son una auténtica maravilla. Muy cercano a la playa.Volveremos seguro en el 2025.La animación muy buena con Sergio ,Juanchu,Jessica también estupenda,el pasaje del Terror,la animación,en general ...Un 10...y me quedo corto
