Au rez de chaussée d'un pavillon dans un petit lotissement (très facilement accessible depuis la sortie 28 de l'A16), un studio pour deux personnes bien aménagé. Petit coin cuisine avec un micro-ondes et un réfrigérateur. Pas de contact direct avec les propriétaires : toutes les instructions, que ce soit pour l'arrivée ou le petit-déjeuner, sont reçues par SMS.
