You are going to the Eminön in 10 minutes with a good tram in front of you are parked in front of you are 50 lira a day our expectation was to stay in the family and visit Istanbul with your cheap hotel family. We got in the reception that lady didn't even look at our face when we asked our island, throw the key forward and go look you don't like it, you cancel the reservation, neither welcome nor laughed face we didn't believe anybody's bread but I really don't want to play with anybody's bread. So our room was old, I recommend you to bring a wallpaper and a kitchen shelter, but the hotel's clean breakfast restaurant is perfectly clean, the cingjiz gentleman and his wife are interested in all the breakfast hotel's restaurant. Restaurant really clean breakfast very good if it's going to handle the hotel's reception and cleaning problems in the rooms may be very nice, shortly, I hope you can come with your family and stay at the price you can have helped

It's almost close to everything. Room looks exactly like the pictures. Service very nice. Everything was actually great, except that the room was on the street side and you could hear a bit of traffic noise in the morning, but it wasn't a problem. Everything was good.. It's plenty for people who don't stay in the room all the time..

There was so much good about this motel! Neat place!! The room was very cozy and VERY small! No big deal at all. The bed had a nice, hard mattress (which I love) and comfy pillows. The shower had plenty of hot water and strong water pressure. The maid service was nothing short of outstanding. Very friendly and excellent at keeping the room neat and tidy. The room temp was easy to regulate. The breakfast had a great variety of choices. There is something here for anyone's taste. Lots of great breads and jams, too. Loved everything about this place. The front desk could not have been more helpful. They were friendly and enjoyed engaging in conversation. This hotel is close to the tram and, of course, the shopping options are innumerable. Highly recommended!!

Only by controlling what I look for in internet deserves a zero points , not even Booking can be checked . Small rooms for a 5* hotel. Small details like having water to drink in the sauna instead of paying for it, says a lot about the hotel. On the first room offered on the first floor facing a wall , after saying that there were not more rooms , there was a nice big mantis on the curtains and suddenly there was an empty room on an top floor. Small detail!! Breakfast is ok, nothing remarcable . The staff were nice and educated but they don’t deliver what they say they would after apologizing , not many English speaking but I was neither a Turkish speaker so can’t complain about it. It’s a cheap hotel that doesn’t deserve a 5* category but 4* and doubting about it.

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

one of the most comfortable experiences I have ever had. Kind loving and caring people. Cost effective safe and secure hotel which is a bit away from the center but if you get used to public transport and love to explore this is the place to be. I have no complaints. Thier morning breakfast was amazing and the staff who served it were even better than that.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, could not have asked for better. The staff took good care of us, all were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a view of the Sea of Marmara, Kadikoy, Harem station and the European side including Topkapi palace. - simply fantastic. The room was clean, and practical and large enough for three adults to move around comfortably. The beds were comfortable and suitable for our very tall family! The pool on the roof was small (there’s also a larger indoor pool), but a welcoming feature to allow you to unwind after a long day of sight seeing or just to spend some time sunbathing and cooling off (again, the views were amazing). Breakfast was excellent, everything you could possibly want was on offer, but I have to say that the omelettes needed a little work, they were on the dry side. Other than that all the food was top quality. The location is probably the best part about this hotel, it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the European side, but has excellent access to the metro, taxis, ferries, buses, dolmus’s and even a tram. You can be in the thick of sight seeing in a matter of 15-20 minutes by ferry! The price was also reasonable, so much so that there is little point in staying at the more expensive hotels on the European side - it just makes sense to stay here! Overall, loved this hotel and hopefully will be staying here again. Thanks DT Hilton team for making our stay a great one.

We had a nice stay at this friendly apartment hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Although there is no breakfast in the rate, the property provides a simple breakfast to get you started. There is a shuttle to two nearby shopping areas - which makes it easy to get started if you are unfamiliar with Istanbul. There is some sightseeing that is walkable - which allows an alternative to shopping. But the old town is far and will require taxis to go back and forth. The few restaurants in the neighborhood are below par. So you have to rely on deliveries or the Nishantashi area for food. Regrettably we noted only a few names of the team that ensured our comfort - every one on the team was outstanding. Cahit from the bell desk, Cirkan and Essen from housekeeping, Suar and Soner from the front desk - all ensured a clean and comfortable stay. The appliances in the apartment are of a good quality. The shower is powerful and refreshing. And the shuttle service is a great facility. The apartment itself is really small. We were 3 adults in a “larger” two-bedroom apartment and we were cramped. Of all the Ascott and Marriott apartments we have stayed in, this was by far the smallest.
