My recent stay at Istanbul's Riverside Retreat was superb. The staff's seamless communication ensured a hassle-free experience from booking to checkout. The highlight was the breathtaking view of the Bosphorus Bridge from the terrace, creating unforgettable moments. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all essentials. The hotel's riverside location offered both tranquility and easy access to Istanbul's attractions. Overall, a delightful stay that exceeded my expectations. Very cute hotel and do friendly staff ...so clean and located in one of the best places in istanbul....the room do clean by a washing machine that is so helpful👌👌👌👌👍👍👍

Despite confirmation, the hotel had no room available. After an hour of waiting, they sent us to another hotel that demanded double the payment than stated previously in writing. Back then, this hotel wasn't answering calls. Around midnight we had to look for a hotel on our own with tired children.

Very attentive staff for whom no request was too much trouble. Great location for the Ortakoy waterfront.
No elevator which may be a problem for some.

Hotel deki arkadas çok ilgilendi ama odalarda temizlik sıfır.carsaflar bile temiz değildi.2 gece kaldım ama ilk gece kasintidan uyuyamadım.gercekten kötüydü.

Fotoğraflarda ekonomik odalarda camlı gibi gözüküyor ancak cam yok. Seyahatimin 1 gün daha uzaması sebebiyle 4 yıldızlı bir suit otelden çıkış yapmıştım. Fiyatı uygun diye gittim ancak, resepsiyonla aramda bir cam ve havalandırma vardı. oda aşırı havasız ve ses konusunda sıkıntılı herkesi duyuyordum ve herkeste beni duyuyordu.
diğer odaları denemedim ama daha iyi otel bulunur. riske gerek yok
